2 Poster stand Participation at the Commercial Norwegian Pavilion at Offshore Europe 1 The success in Aberdeen continues, and our concept will be repeated for the sixth time in 1. Messer & Display AS will as previous years organise a joint pavilion at Offshore Europe, to be staged in Aberdeen th to 11 th September 1. By popular demand we will also offer a concept for those of You that just require a small space. As always in our package, most things are included; Exhibitor badge - As a regular visitor You will have a Visitor badge Listing in the online and pauperised exhibition catalogue - You get out info of Your company and visitors/other exhibitors can request a meeting. There will also be fixed cable access at one office and the meeting rooms. Wardrobe/luggage storage - Some of You will arrive straight from the airport and maybe check-out early from the hotel the last day. Bags and suitcases need storage. Depending on weather, You might need other clothes outside the show and somewhere to put them during the day. And there is Your own brochures/give-aways that You might need to store somewhere. Conference/meeting rooms - There will be meeting rooms accommodating from to persons, all equipped with fixed internet and a Screen. Office - Sometimes You need that hour to do some office work or send a offer. work positions with fixed internet and one colour printer/copier. Restaurant where You can invite guests - We serve breakfast every morning, starting 1 hour prior to the show. Then we serve luncheon by the tables, with different recommended wines every day. Pub / Hospitality area - At ground level our informal pub serve beverages. From coffee and tea, through soft drinks, norwegian beer, different wines and to a large selection of Aquavit, Cognac and Whiskies. Accommodation - We hold large block reservations and guarantee hotel for Our customers. Coordination/project management/reception services - Our staff is pleased to take Your messages and give all practical help for Your meetings. If You plan an event (or only need restaurant reservations) of Your own - we will be happy to assist. But most important; You can solely concentrate on Your own business. The rest is taken care off!

4 Our concept We have set off an area of to 0 sqm. depending on interests, for s. Here several bar tables and brochure stands will be shared among the s. All stands will have their individual banner wall at m. wide x, m. high where the whole surface is at Your disposal. All we need is a PDF file with high resolution graphic, and the wall will be erected when You arrive. The concept are suitable for those who will promote their product/service, but without much physical stuff. Smaller display units, max 00 x 00 x 0 mm, limited to one per exhibitor is OK. Screens/AV equipment As You dispose the whole banner surface can in theory fit a 0 screen. But in consideration of the other exhibitors, we have to set a limit at screens that can hang on the wall. Screens are for rental, or use of Your own. We will place them according to Your guidance Electrical Every poster will have two spot-lights above. Additional there will be power outlets by request (i.e. for screens) and common power outlets at the stand.. For charging of mobiles, tablets etc. we reccommend use of the cafe or storage area. Brochures and give-aways There is limited space at the, but we have an clients storage within the pavilion premises where You can store items and collect them when needed. Thus we will have less furnishing at the Poster Stands and a overall better/cleaner look. Exhibition catalogue/exhibitor badges Exhibitors will have their own exhibitor badge. All companies will be listed in the exhibition catalogue, as long as we receive their information within the deadlines. Wi-Fi Internet connection is today a necessity. The Pavilion wil be equipped with its own high-speed wi-fi, password protected to ensure the best possible access.

5 Serving area and meeting facilities The pavilions restaurant area, in size more than 1/ of the total area, are for the use of our own exhibitors and their guests. Except lunch hours the area is available as meeting facilities. The restaurant is placed in nd stage, where air conditions is far better than 1st stage, and noise level from surrounding exhibitions and audience is more pleasant. Everybody regular attending exhibitions knows of QUEUES DURING LUNCHEON 11, 00 and 1, 00 hours. This causes a lot of stress and less time to take care of Your guests and your business. At Commercial Norwegian Pavilion you will be able to enjoy the meal together with your guests. Our own cook, along with a service staff will serve breakfast and lunch every day. At breakfast we will serve freshly baked bread with Norwegian specialities, at luncheon we will serve a warm dish every day. nd stage will also contain four meeting rooms and an office with access to printer and copier. At our informal meeting place at 1st stage, there will bee served refreshments for exhibitors and guests. The spot can also be used simply as a place to take a break from the booth. Service all day, and we intend to offer Norwegian beverages. Access to all facilities and SERVICE and BEVERAGES is included in our offer. To invite guest to breakfast will be a good start of the day. To invite them to luncheon will give You valuable time together - something You might not otherwise achieve. Accommodation As a part of our service, we will help You finding accommodation. Our collaborating partner in Aberdeen will try to find accommodation to suite your preferences. So far, rooms are reserved with an option to extend our bookings. We concentrate on the two Holiday Inn hotels by the venue and the Skene Houses downtown Aberdeen. Price and invoicing Package price is set to NOK 1.0,-. It covers everything mentioned above.
