2 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 2 / 18 Where and when The Design Watches Jewellery Fair takes place Friday 11 March - Sunday 13 March 2015 in DGI-HUSET in Vejle. Entrance to the fair and parking free of charge (see map on page 4): DGI-HUSET Entrance WEST Vestre Engvej 57 DK-7100 Vejle
3 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 3 / 18 Exhibition stands in general The smallest exhibition stand is 10.2 m2. There is no upper limit in size. Included in the price are partition walls to neighbouring exhibition stand, sign, daily cleaning and fixed carpet in Hall 4. Hall 5 has concrete floor. Read more on under the section For exhibitors. On the exhibition stands there will be no other illumination than that from the hall, which is not sufficient to illuminate your products. Electricity, lamps and equipment can be rented at Nord-Fair A/S. Opportunity for outlet if you have already bought an exhibition stand. If you have a large product inventory, outlet in another hall might be a good idea. You only pay marketing fee once, so the price for the outlet is only DKK per m2 exclusive of VAT.

5 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 5 / 18 Installation and removal of exhibition stands Installation of exhibition stands: Possible from Wednesday 9 March and Thursday 10 March Removal of exhibition stands: Must take place on Sunday 13 March and on Monday 14 March You are not allowed to start the removal before for the sake of the other exhibitors as well as the visitors. In case you need more days, please contact technical organizer Nord-Fair A/S. Coffee free of charge: Design Watches Jewellery offers exhibitors coffee free of charge on Thursday 10 March from the café at the square ( Torvet ) between the halls.
6 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 6 / 18 Prices, conditions and payment Marketing fee / registration fee: DKK 3, exclusive of VAT Floorage of exhibition stand: DKK per m2 exclusive of VAT Included in the marketing fee is marketing, cleaning of floorage, installation of exhibition stand (walls to neighbour/back wall), sign, security guard, WiFi, visitors list daily, breakfast every morning at the square ( Torvet ), parking free of charge, coffee to builders, massage/ physiotherapy at the exhibition stands, and publication in fair catalogue which will be sent out 3-4 weeks before the exhibition together with the visitors admission cards etc. Packaging/containers can be stored for FREE during the fair. Ask in the reception for storeroom. Contract: Contracts will be forwarded by the end of October 2015 and must be signed and sent back within 14 days. Signature is binding. Invoice will be forwarded in the middle of January 2016 with terms of payment 30 days with due date 10 February 2016.
7 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 7 / 18 Fair catalogue The fair catalogue includes company information of all exhibitors, brands, exhibition stand number and location. You may decide to have your brand image printed above your company name. The catalogue will be forwarded to the entire industry in Denmark and the Nordic countries 3-4 weeks before the fair together with the visitors admission cards, including list of exhibitors, overview of halls, practical information, etc. You may decide to advertise in the fair catalogue however, this only applies for exhibitors. Dimensions of the catalogue is A5, landscape: Height 150 mm x Width 210 mm. Prices: Double-page spread (height 150 mm x width 420 mm): DKK 14, Full page (height 150 mm x width 210 mm): DKK 8, Column (height 130 mm x width 100 mm): DKK 5, Please note that deadline for advertising material for the fair catalogue is no later than 1 February 2016.
8 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 8 / 18 Design Watches Jewellery Fair issue (No. 2) Do you want to establish contact with the industry 1-2 weeks before the fair, Design Watches Jewellery may be the magazine to advertise in. The fair edition will be published by the end of February. Prices in the fair edition are the same as in the catalogue. However, the fair edition is A4 size (broadness 210 mm x height 297 mm). Please note that deadline for advertising material for the fair edition is no later than 10 February Deadline for press releases is 15 januar and should be forwarded to redaktion@designuresmykker.dk.
9 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 9 / 18 Electricity and illumination The basic illumination of the hall is not adequate at the exhibition stand so we recommend you to bring your own spotlight or to rent it at Nord-Fair. Order form will be forwarded two months before the fair and must be filled in and returned 30 days before the fair. You can see spotlights at nord-fair.dk under the section For exhibitors. Please be early for your own and for our sake.
10 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 10 / 18 Security Safety boxes: Approved safety boxes can be rented. Rental price is DKK exclusive of VAT during the fair period. Must be reserved no later than 10 February 2016 at hw@designuresmykker.dk. Security guards: In the exhibition premises, security guards and guard dogs will be present from Thursday 10 March at until Sunday 13 March at The fair will close at After that, guard dogs will be present until the opening next morning. Surveillance: There is video surveillance in the area.
11 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 11 / 18 Invitations The fair is only open to the industry. Private individuals do not have admission and will be refused admission. We recommend exhibiting companies not to invite private individuals, but only to invite their customers, retailers and employees/colleagues. Guests/visitors are of course welcome, however only a few. IMPORTANT: We must emphasise the importance of you inviting both existing and potential customers and making appointments with them. Exhibitors worldwide have always had success with appointments during fairs, so why not learn from them. We will prepare an invitation that you can print out or send by mail directly to your customers that you want to invite. The invitation is NOT an admission card. New customers have to visit and order their own admission cards (click here).

15 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 15 / 18 Breakfast and massage/physiotherapy free of charge Design Watches Jewellery offers all exhibitors breakfast free of charge at Torvet (the square) during the fair from 1 hour before the opening of the fair. After that, there will be breakfast for the visitors about 1 hour after the opening of the fair. Should you be in need for a massage, three authorized massage therapists/physiotherapists will be at your disposal in case of pains/trouble with back, shoulders, neck or legs. It is of course free of charge. If the massage therapist/physiotherapist considers a need for a more thorough treatment of shoulders/back, facilities in HALL 5 will be available for you.
16 Design Watches Jewellery Fair 2016 INFO Page 16 / 18 Miscellaneous Announcements over the public address system: Do you want to announce something over the public address system during the fair, it is quite simple. Just write a short script and hand it over to the reception with the time for announcement. Events: Do you want to arrange an event at the exhibition stand during the fair, it must be approved by the exhibition promoter. The restaurant keeper in the DGI House will have to be in charge of the catering, otherwise corkage must be paid. However, this is rarely a problem. Storage of packaging material: Storage of packaging material free of charge during the fair is an opportunity. For further information, please ask in the reception. Visitor s card: List of visitors, who will need visitor s cards, can be sent by mail to dorte@nord-fair.dk.

The purpose of the magazine and the fair is to inform and inspire about design, watches and jewellery. We publish news about products, designers, trends and events. Editorial press coverage for free: Companies with products of relevance can get editorial press coverage in the magazine. You just have to send pictures with additional text and retail price, and we will publish it as far as it is possible, and if the editorial office finds it relevant. Editorial press coverage is FREE of charge for you. Advertising: You are very welcome to ask for a reasonable offer for your next advertising campaign. We will then set up a favourable offer for you.
