2 Venue The Jülich Biotech Day 2015 will take place at Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany, 30 October, The associated exhibition will be held in the foyer of the conference hall. All booth spaces are of equal quality and exposure. General Exposure The company name of the exhibitor will be prominently displayed on the Jülich Biotech Day homepage. Exhibition time table Time slot for setting up exhibition stands: Thursday, October 29, :00-18:00 Friday, October 30, :00-09:00 Exhibition opening hours: Friday, October 30, 2015 during conference hours Time slot for dismantling exhibition stands: Friday, October 30, :00-19:00 Stand Dimensions The maximum height of the stand is 2.50 meters. Available floor area will be 2 x 3 meters or 1 x 2 meters. Fire and safety Written permission of the Conference Office is required for use of the following in the building: equipment for demonstration purposes, cooking, frying or baking with gas or electricity compressed or liquid gasses flammable liquids Cleaning The Organisers are responsible for cleaning public areas within the exhibition hall on a daily basis. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their own stands. Exhibition Information Page 2

3 Electricity The use of one electricity point (220V) is included in the exhibition fee. Delivery of goods Delivery or removal of equipment must be made before or after exhibition hours. Deliveries should be made to: Forschungszentrum Jülich UK, Leo-Brandt-Str. Germany Please state the name of the exhibiting company on all deliveries! Equipment can be delivered on Thursday, October 29, If the equipment is delivered before this date, please contact us, since a room will need to be reserved to store the equipment. Note that neither the Forschungszentrum Jülich nor the Organisers can be held responsible for the delivered exhibition material. Whilst the room will be kept locked during non-working hours, neither the Forschungszentrum Jülich nor the Organisers can be held responsible for the delivered exhibition material. Storage Packing cases must be removed from the exhibition area and can be stored in a designated area in the Conference Centre. All packing material which is to be retained (e.g. for re-use) should be cleared from the building by October 30 at 19:00 hours. After this time any materials left in the building will be discarded. Insurance The exhibitor takes part in the exhibition entirely at his/her own risk. The Organisers of the Jülich Biotech Day 2015, the Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, the local authorities and the suppliers accept no liability for any loss or damage sustained or occasioned from any cause whatsoever. All exhibitors are advised to take out insurance against third party risks. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the safety of his/her stand and exhibits and it is recommended to pay close attention to the exhibits during the stand construction and dismantling periods. Valuable objects, which may easily be removed, should be locked away when the stand is not Exhibition Information Page 3

4 manned. Neither the Organisers nor the accept any responsibility for goods stolen from exhibits. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the conference hall. Liability The exhibitor acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the proceedings of the workshop and/or associated exhibition be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure.
