3 1. Intrductin This dcument intrduces the Vicebuy reseller administratin prtal and describes the ptins and services available t the reseller fr setting up an wn VIP private label slutin. 2. Overview There are n specific requirements fr becming a reseller f VIP services every individual r a cmpany can becme a reseller. All that is required fr becming a reseller is t subscribe at the VIP prvider and t define ffers and services fr yur custmers. Fr reseller s cnvenience, Vicebuy ffers a reseller website setup where prducts and services, tariffs and rates will be presented t yur custmers. 3. Reseller Administratin Prtal The Reseller Administratin Prtal can be accessed at the URL prvided by yur VIP service prvider. Here yu may fllw yu balance, make payments, manage the payments frm yur clients, setup reseller website, autmatic ntificatins, and t define ther reseller specific settings. 3.1 Payments Buy Credits As a reseller, here yu shuld pay fr yur Vicebuy prvider services. Yu may use different ways t pay, such as credit cards (Visa r Mastercard), PayPal, MneyBkers, etc. If yu want t make a payment thrugh PayPal, then click n the PayPal icn in this page. Fr all ther payment methds, press Other Payment Methds buttn which will redirect yu t Prta billing server that is respnsible fr handling payments made in the ther methds. When yu have selected PayPal as yur payment methd, yu will get a screen where the Amunt t Pay shuld be chsen frm the drp dwn list. Once dne, press the yellw buttn Check ut with PayPal. Yu will see the summary f the payment including the payment amunt, any taxes available and the ttal amunt that will be charged t yur accunt. Check carefully all infrmatin listed n this page and press the yellw buttn Check ut with PayPal again. Yu will be redirected t the PayPal payments website, where yu will be required t lgin t the PayPal system and prceed as it is required by PayPal rules. Fr details, refer t the PayPal dcumentatin. 3.2 Payments Credits Histry In this page yu will see the histry f yur payments made thrugh PayPal system nly. All ther payments made by ther methds are registered in the Prta billing server. The fllwing infrmatin is presented fr each invice: Date this is the date f the payment. Currency this is the currency in which the payment was made.

4 Amunt this is the amunt f payment. Status this is the status f the payment. Pssible values are Cancelled, Pending r Cmpleted. Invice by clicking n the crrespnding invice in this clumn, the invice will be dwnladed in the PDF frmat file. Additinally, this page prvides a search pssibility t easily filter the invices by the defined criteria. In the tp f the page, yu may see the search criteria used t filter the list f invices. Yu have the fllwing search ptins: Search by the invice number. Yu will be required t insert the invice number t filter it frm the whle list f invices. Search by Date when the payment was made. Yu shuld indicate the start date in the Date Frm field and end date in the Date T field t search the payments made during the indicated date interval. The input date frmat shuld be yyyy mm dd. Yu may als select the Calendar icn ( ) t pen a virtual calendar and select the date frm there. When yu have defined the search criteria, press Filter buttn t filter the list f invices. As a result yu will get a shrt list matching the defined criteria. If yu want t see the cmplete list f invices, clear yur defined search criteria and then press Filter buttn again. Yu will get the whle list f invices back. 3.3 Settings Dmain Settings Yu shuld setup yur wn website fr yu custmers ffering a white label slutin t yur services. T setup a website, yu shuld have a dmain name, which can be bught nline r yu may want t use the default dmain name prvided by Vicebuy. In case yu will chse the default dmain name, it will include the name yu have prvided upn registratin and will lk like: dmainname.vip100.cm. In additin t this dmain name which will serve as an address t yu website, Vicebuy will prvide yu with the fllwing services: SIP Server this is used t place and receive SIP calls. Mail Server prvides a fixed number f free mailbxes. Billing Server cllects the billing data and allws t setup custmer services. Ticket Server prvides an pprtunity t issue and reslve requests frm the custmers. If yu have already btained a dmain name and want t use it fr services frm Vicebuy, yu shuld select the My Own Dmain Name radi buttn and define yur dmain server in the apprpriate textfield in rder t park yur dmain n Vicebuy server. Press Save t apply the inserted settings. In additin, yu shuld set ns1.vip100.cm and ns2.vip100.cm in the external NS settings n yur dmain server. Example: If yu have btained a dmain name called luckycalls.net, yu are required t insert that dmain name in this page. Once dne, yu will get the fllwing services by the fllwing addresses:

5 Website SIP Server sip.luckycalls.net; Mail Server mail.luckycalls.net; Ticket Server ticket.luckycalls.net. Yu may use these addresses fr reaching the mail r ticket servers r SIP server address fr setup f yur IP envirnment. 3.4 Settings Settings Here yu may define the address n behalf f which bradcast s ( s sent t a large grup f recipients) will be sent, such as prduct newsletters, prmtins, regular rate update ntificatins r any ther custmer related infrmatin. This is the address which is displayed in the Frm field f bradcast s. Define the address in the Address field and press Save. 3.5 Settings Registratin Settings Frm this page yu may setup yur custmers registratin ptins. The Enable Mbile Validatin yu can use ptinally t validate the new custmer s registratin. When yu select this ptin, new custmers will get an SMS t their phne numbers right after their first lgn t the system. The SMS will cntain a validatin cde which then the custmers will insert nline upn their first lgin. As the inserted validatin cde passes the authenticatin, the new custmers will becme validated and will n mre be required fr any additinal verificatin n next lgins. Example: Jhn Smith has registered as a new custmer and defined mbile phne number as his cntact phne number. Right after he attempts t lgin t the system fr the first time, he will receive an SMS t the defined mbile phne with the validatin cde (e.g ). At the lgin screen he will be required t insert the validatin cde received in the SMS this will validate his accunt. In the Balance Warning Threshlds field yu shuld define values t be displayed in the same named list available in the new user registratin frm. This prperty is used t define the minimum balance n the custmers accunts when a ntificatin will be sent t them infrming abut minr balance left. Yur custmers will becme aware when the balance is almst gne and will refill the accunt as needed. Multiple values may be inserted in this field t be displayed in the Balance Warning Threshlds list, separated with cmmas. Example: Yu have inserted 5,10,20,50 in this field. This means that custmers will get 5, 10, 20 and 50 in the Balance Warning Threshlds list f the new user registratin. Custmer will be able t select nly ne value frm the list. In the Opening Balance field yu may define the startup balance fr the new custmers. Occasinally, yu may want t prvide sme bnus credits t the newly registered custmers. In this case, custmers get sme credits n their accunts right after the registratin. Example: if yu define here 10, this will give a 10 units f balance t the newly registered custmers as a bnus fr jining yur services.

6 In the Credit Limit field yu may define the minimal credit fr custmer s accunt t be active. When the defined minimal credit is exceeded the custmer s accunt becmes inactive until it will be refilled again. Sme resellers may want t allw custmers t reach the negative credit; in this case the value here shuld be defined with the + symbl. Example: if yu have 0 indicated here, this means that custmer accunts will becme inactive nce the balance will reach the value 0. If yu indicate here +5, this will allw yur custmers t get +5 units credit befre the accunt becmes inactive. Hwever, nce refilling the accunt, custmers will need t pay the used credit t. In the BCC field yu may define the Blind Carbn Cpy address fr all system s, including ntificatin s, sent by the system. This may be a system administratr s r supervisr s address. Example: if yu have inserted jhn@vicebuy.cm address here, it means that a cpy f all system s will be sent t that mailing address, but ther recipients f system s will nt see that address in their TO field. Insert all the required infrmatin in the crrespnding fields and press Save. 3.6 Mailers Custmers This page displays yu the list f all custmers and subscribers. Custmers are users that have filled in the registratin frm and passed the registratin authenticatin. Subscribers are visitrs t yur website that have subscribed t ne r many peridic ntificatins in rder t get infrmed abut the prduct news and prmtins. Subscribers can be ptential custmers interested in yur services. Nte: Custmers managed here des nt affect the custmer s cnfiguratin in the Prta billing server. Rw Cunt field displays hw many custmers/subscribers are displayed in the page. If the list f custmer/subscribers is t lng t be displayed in ne page, the list will be arranged in multiple pages. Yu may jump t the needed page by inserting the page number in the Page field and pressing G Filtering In the tp f the page, yu may see the search criteria used t filter the list f custmers and subscribers. Yu have the fllwing search ptins: Search by Date when the custmers/subscribers have been jined the system. Yu shuld indicate the start date in the Date Frm field and end date in the Date T field t search the users jined during the indicated date interval. The input date frmat shuld be yyyymm dd. Yu may als select the Calendar icn ( ) t pen a virtual calendar and select the date frm there. Search the custmers/subscribers by their address. In this case, enter the address f the required user in the Address field. When yu have defined the search criteria, press Filter buttn t filter the list f custmers/subscribers. As a result yu will get a shrt list matching the defined criteria. If yu want t see the cmplete list f custmers/subscribers, press Clear buttn, which will clear yur defined search criteria, and then press Filter buttn again. Yu will get all custmers/subscribers back.

7 3.6.2 Editing Custmer/Subscriber Subscriptins Nte: Custmers/subscribers settings changed here are nt reflected in the billing server s cnfiguratin fr the specific custmer/subscriber. Changes here are dedicated t cntrl the newsletters and ther ntificatins ptins f the custmer/subscriber nly. T edit the existing subscriptin settings f the custmer/subscriber, find it in the list and press the Edit ( ) buttn at the end f the rw. This will pen the Edit Custmer r Newsletter Subscriber Data frm. Here yu may adjust custmer s/subscriber s subscriptins t the newsletters, prmtins, rate update r any ther regular ntificatins. Yu may change custmer s/subscriber s details, which, hwever, will nt affect real custmer/subscriber data change n the billing server. Yu may see the fllwing fields in the Edit Custmer/Subscriber frm: Custmer Name this is the username f the custmer which is hwever nt editable. This value is managed frm the billing server settings. Apprved indicate whether the custmer is apprved r nt. When yu have set N in this field, the custmer will receive an SMS with the validatin cde which shuld be inserted upn custmer s first lgn t the system. When yu have selected Yes in this list, n validatin will be required, the service will be disabled. Custmers get apprved when they insert the validatin cde received in the SMS. Suspended yu may want t suspend the mail ntificatins fr the custmer/subscriber in case any plicy vilatin tk place. Suspended custmers/subscribers will nt receive mail ntificatins. This, hwever, des nt suspend the accunt, if yu want t stp services fr the crrespnding custmer/subscriber, g t the billing server settings. Cmpany yu may edit here the cmpany name f the custmer/subscriber. First Name yu may change the first name f the custmer/subscriber. Last Name yu may change the last name f the custmer/subscriber. yu may change the address f the custmer/subscriber. This address is used fr newsletters and ther regular ntificatins. Subscriptin Type indicate whether the new prfile is created fr a custmer (registered users) r subscriber (visitrs subscribed t the newsletters). This value is managed frm the billing server settings. Subscriptin select ne r mre checkbxes t subscribe the selected custmer/subscriber t the newsletters and/r prmtin peridic s. Nte: The custmer data entered here shuld be synchrnized with the same custmer s infrmatin n the billing server. We strngly recmmend yu t keep the cmpany name, first name, last name and the address f the custmer identical bth in Reseller s Administratin Prtal and Prta billing server.

8 When the custmer/subscriber details are changed, press Save buttn t apply the changes. If yu want t leave this page, press Cancel. The new custmer/subscriber will nt be created then Deleting Custmers/Subscribers T delete the existing custmer/subscriber, find it in the list and press the Delete ( end f the rw. The custmer/subscriber will be remved frm the list. ) buttn at the Nte: By deleting the custmer/subscriber frm this list, yu will nt remve him frm the Billing Server. This will nly stp the custmer/subscriber subscriptin t the ntificatins. If yu wish t remve the custmer frm the list, the custmer/subscriber shuld be terminated frm the Billing Server Srting Custmers/Subscribers T srt the list f the custmers/subscribers by sme clumn, e.g. Cmpany, Custmer Name, etc., press n the header f the selected clumn. The list will be srted in the ascending r descending rder. 3.7 Mailers Send Mailer Here yu may define the cntent f the ntificatin sent t the custmers and subscribers based n their subscriptins. Mailing ntificatin may be used fr annuncing new prducts r features, discunt events, newsletters, regular rate update ntificatins and mre. In the Send t Grup sectin select t which mailing grup members the belw ntificatin shuld be sent. Yu may select ne r mre mailing grups. All custmers/subscribers f that grup will receive the ntificatin . In the Place hlders sectin yu may see templates defined fr yu t use in the ntificatin bdy (e.g. #_fname# crrespnds t the custmer s/subscriber s first name and #_lname# crrespnds t the custmer s/subscriber s last name). Fr example, if yu have Dear #_fname#, in yur ntificatin addressed t the Jhn Smith, the recipient (Jhn) will see Dear Jhn in his ntificatin. Define the ntificatin subject in the Subject field. Use attractive subjects t get the attentin f recipients. Avid spam like subjects, therwise the ntificatin may be treated as spam r bulk and the recipient may nt get it. Define the ntificatin bdy in the Cntent field. Press Save and Send t send the defined ntificatin t the selected mailing grup members. Press Save t save the defined ntificatin. Yu may later cme back and send this ntificatin. Yu may want t send a test t sme accunt t see hw the ntificatin lks like in the mailbx. T d that, define the address where yu wuld like t receive a test in the Send Test T field and press the Test buttn t send ut the test t the defined address. Nte: Keep this windw pen until yu will see the cnfirmatin that all s were successfully sent.

9 3.8 Website Manage Website When yu just started t manage the reseller s website, varius website templates are ffered. Yu may want t preview the template by pressing the Preview buttn next t the selected template. If yu have chsen a template yu want t use fr yur website, press Install buttn next t it. The website with the selected template will be installed at the hsting accunt defined frm the Dmain Settings page. When yu have installed a website, the website management tls appear in this page. Website Frnt End launches the website in a ppup windw. Administratin Panel buttn gets yu t the website management tls panel where website menus, headers and fters may be adjusted. Fllwing ptins are available n the left side f the website administratin panel: Menus Website Header Website Fter Calling Plans News Languages Preview Menus Here yu may select the pages t display in the website and the cntent f each page. The menus table displays the fllwing infrmatin fr each page: Title this is the name f the menu. By pressing n the cmpnent name yu may edit its details. Enable indicates whether the menu is shwn r hidden in the website. Psitin indicates the psitin f the menu: tp menu, fter r header. Type indicates the type f the menu: menu item, web link, etc. Edit Page this buttn is used t edit the crrespnding menu.

10 The Edit Page f the menu is used t cnfigure the website page. Fllwing infrmatin is required: Language multilingual websites are supprted. Chse the language frm this list and insert website details in that language. When changing the language t anther ne, the website details fr the selected language will appear. Menu Title this is the title f the menu as it will appear in the website. Title this is the title f the web page as displayed in the title f the brwser windw. Metadata the webpage metadata used fr SOP (Search Engine Optimizatin). Keywrd the webpage keywrd(s) used fr SOP (Search Engine Optimizatin). Shw buttn n hme page this ptin is available in fr sub menu items nly. Yu shuld select here whether yu want the crrespnding sub menu will be visible n yur website r nt. Page Cntent in this area the cntent f the crrespnding page shuld be defined. Varius tls are available t change the psitin, clr, size f the text, insert a hyperlink, picture, smiley, symbl, table, etc. When dne, press Save t apply the changes.

11 3.8.2 Website Header Yu shuld define here the header f the website. Varius tls are available t change the psitin, clr, size f the text, insert a hyperlink, picture, smiley, symbl, table, etc. Language multilingual headers are supprted. Chse the language frm this list and insert website header in that language. When changing the language t anther ne, the website header fr the selected language will appear. When dne, press Save t apply the changes Calling Plans In this page yu may define calling plans fr yur custmers. Calling plans details are cnfigured frm the billing server, tariffs and vlume discunts may be assigned t the calling plan. Calling plans created here are displayed n yur website under the Calling Plan menu, in the custmer s registratin and subscriber s subscriptin frms allwing custmers/subscribers t subscribe t the newsletters fr the crrespnding calling plans. Create a New Calling Plan Press Add a Calling Plan t create a new calling plan. Yu will see the page where yu shuld define new calling plan settings: Base Prduct this is the prduct n the Billing Server t which the calling plan shuld be attached. Yu may attach multiple calling plans t the same base prducts depending n the cmmercial needs. Calling Plan Name indicate here the name fr yur calling plan. Order indicate here the psitin at which the new calling plan will appear in the Calling Plans menu n yur website. Fr example, if yu indicate here 2, this means that the new calling plan will be secnd frm the tp in the Calling Plan list n yu website. If the rder number is already used, calling plans will be set in the alphabetic rder. Services chse whether this calling plan will supprt SIP server based services (i.e. Mbile Dialer, PC2 Phne, Residential VIP) r services fr lng distance IP calls (i.e. DIDs, Calling Card, CallBack).

12 Press Save t create a calling plan with the selected settings. Uplading Rated t the Calling Plan T uplad the call rates fr the calling plan, press the Uplad Rates buttn in the table fr crrespnding calling plan. In the next page yu will be required t uplad the CSV file with the calling plan rates. The CSV file has a specific frmat and includes all tariffs and rates fr all call destinatins yu ffer the services fr. Yu may see the sample CSV file here. Please create yur wn CSV file carefully; all custmers using the calling plan will be charged depending n the rates defined in the CSV file. Edit Existing Calling Plan T edit an existing calling plan, press the Edit ( ) buttn fr the crrespnding calling plan. Yu will be redirected t the page, where the calling plan details may be mdified. Fr details, see Create a New Calling Plan sectin abve. Delete a Calling Plan If yu want t delete a calling plan, press the Delete ( The calling plan will be deleted. ) buttn fr the crrespnding calling plan. Nte: This actin will delete the crrespnding calling plan frm the Calling Plans menu n yur website News In this page yu may news recrds displayed in the News sectin n yur website. Every recrd created here crrespnds t ne news blck. Create News Press Add News t create a new news recrd. Yu will see the page where yu shuld define new news cntent: Language chse the language fr which yu are adding news recrd. Date & Time select the date and the time when the news recrd was added. This infrmatin may be displayed n the website. Title the title f the news. Metadata the news recrd metadata used fr SOP (Search Engine Optimizatin). Keywrd the news recrd keywrd(s) used fr SOP (Search Engine Optimizatin). Shrt Cntent indicate the shrt cntent fr the news recrd. News Cntent indicate cmplete news bdy in this field.

13 Press Save t create news recrd with the defined cntent. Edit News T edit an existing news recrd, press the Edit ( ) buttn fr the crrespnding news. Yu will be redirected t the page, where the news recrd may be mdified. Fr details, see Create News sectin abve. Delete News If yu want t delete a news recrd, press the Delete ( calling plan will be deleted. ) buttn fr the crrespnding news. The Nte: This actin will delete the crrespnding calling plan frm the News menu n yur website Languages In this page yu may select in which languages yu want t run yur website. Yu shuld select frm the predefined languages. T enable the language press Yes radi buttn in the Enable clumn, t disable the language press N radi buttn. The crrespnding language s flag will be available n yur website and will allw yur custmers t change the language f the website. If yu d nt find the needed language in the list n this page, please cntact yu prvider. 3.9 PayPal Paypal Settings Frm this page yu can define yur PayPal accunt settings, using which yur custmers will make the payments t yu. If yur custmers wish t use ther payment methds, then yu shuld setup and cnfigure the crrespnding settings in the Prta billing server. T cnfigure PayPal settings here, press Yes radi buttn fr the Enable PayPal Payment ptin. Yu shuld prvide PayPal specific details, such as PayPal Cmpany Name, Address Lines, API Username, API Passwrd and the API Signature t validate yur PayPal accunt. Yu shuld indicate the Service Name and the Handling Fee Rate in percents fr the services yu prvide t yur custmers. In the Amunts Accepted fields yu shuld define the amunts that yur custmers will see in the list when they will be making a PayPal payment. Values are expressed in the currency matching yur custmers. Fr example, if yu have indicated 10, 20, 50 and 100 here, yur custmers will see these values in the Amunt t Pay list when they will be making a PayPal payment. They will be able t chse nly amng the values defined here t pay. When all payment settings are defined, press Save t save the prvided infrmatin r Cancel t lse the inserted data. Nte: The persnal infrmatin prvided in this frm is kept cnfidential and is nt shared with the third parties.

14 3.10 PayPal Custmer Invices In this page yu will see the all payments made by yur custmers using the PayPal system. All ther payments made by ther methds are registered in the Prta billing server. The fllwing infrmatin is presented here fr each custmer payment: Payment Date this is the date when custmer has made a payment. Transactin ID this is the payment specific transactin identificatin number. this is the address f the custmer wh made the payment. Prta ID this is the ID f the custmer in the Prta billing server s database. Amunt this is the amunt f the custmer s payment. Currency this is the currency in which the custmer s payment was made. Payment Status this is the status f the payment: cmpleted when the invice prcessing has been finished, cancelled when the invice has been cancelled, pending when invice prcessing is pending due t sme reasns, such us fraud invice r cancellatin by the user. Balance Updated Yes value in this field indicates that the invice was apprved by the user. Once user has submitted a payment, a verificatin will be received t the user s accunt. Fllwing the link in the will apprve the payment. If user has called yu n the phne t apprve the payment, yu shuld manually set the value f this field t Yes. Invice by clicking n the crrespnding invice in this clumn, the invice f the custmer s payment will be dwnladed in the PDF frmat file. Edit press this buttn t edit user invice details: invice status, balance updated ptin and t resend the invice cnfirmatin t the user. Additinally, this page prvides a search pssibility t easily filter the custmer payments by the defined criteria. In the tp f the page, yu may see the search criteria used t filter the list f payments. Yu have the fllwing search ptins: Search by Date when the custmer s payment was made. Yu shuld indicate the start date in the Date Frm field and end date in the Date T field t search the payments made during the indicated date interval. The input date frmat shuld be yyyy mm dd. Yu may select t filter nly Cmpleted, Pending, Cancelled r All payments. When yu have defined the search criteria, press Filter buttn t filter the list f payments. As a result yu will get a shrt list matching the defined criteria. If yu want t see the cmplete list f payments,

15 clear yur defined search criteria and then press Filter buttn again. Yu will get the whle list f payments back. Page Cunt field displays hw many pages the list f payments is split in. If the list f payments is t lng t be displayed in ne page, the list will be arranged in multiple pages. Yu may jump t the needed page by inserting the page number in the Page field and pressing G Other Billing System We ffer yu a pssibility t use the Prta billing server, which will allw yu t cllect the calling data fr yur custmers, frmat it as needed, save r exprt t CSV. Billing server als allws yu t cllect the billing measurement data fr each f yur custmers and charge custmers at the end f the perid. The G T Billing System buttn in this page will take yu t the Prta billing server. Fr better understanding f billing server functinality, we suggest yu t read the dcumentatin psted here r use the nline help prvided in the Prta billing server fr the crrespnding page. Fr each f yur registered custmers, yu may define the fllwing entities in yur billing server: Tariffs here yu may define different tariffs and the crrespnding rates. Call billing is made based n the rates defined in this sectin. Yu may want t annunce privileged rates fr pick r ff pick hurs f the day, fr weekends, hlidays, etc. Tariffs may be established n per minute r per secnd basis, etc. Yu may define different tariffs fr different rates, fr example yu may define per minute rates fr Greece tariffs and per secnd rates fr USA calls. Fr example the abve sample discunt plan may be additinally applied t the fixed number f cuntries nly. Subscriptin Plans this service is used fr autmatin f recurring nn call related charges (like mnthly fees r fees fr additinal services) applied t yur custmers. Subscriptin plans may be applied n custmer r prduct basis. Prducts this is a cmbinatin f services, tariffs, rates, vlume discunt plans in varius mdificatins that yur custmers get frm yu fr a price. Each service in the prduct has its wn rating and plays the main rle in defining the prducts. Defining prducts specifies where yur custmers are allwed t use yur services and hw they will be charged fr them. Representatives yu wuld like t assciate yur custmers with sme peple, r rganizatins. Fr example, yu may want t see hw many custmers have been registered with yu relying frm a specific partner website, r referred by the specific dealer. Nte, that representatives here are listed fr infrmatin purpses nly; they d nt participate in billing r revenue sharing. Distributrs yu may invlve mre agents t enlarge yur business. Yur agents are setup here. Custmer xdr yu may search, filter, view and exprt t CSV the traffic details, infrmatin abut payments, prmtinal credits, etc. fr each custmer.

With this service, yur custmers may send questins r prblems t the specific address and get a respnse frm yu r yur clleagues related t the particular prblem. All incming issues are cllected in the database and becme a ticket. Varius ptins are then available t manage the tickets. The tickets may be assigned t the particular agent fr fixing (in case the bug is utlined in the ticket) r t anther fficer t prvide assistance t the custmer. Either way, ticket will pass a lifecycle frm Opened t Clsed. The final decisin will be sent back t the custmer as a ticket slutin. With the Enable Supprt Ticket System radi buttns yu can enable r disabled the Supprt Ticketing System fr yur custmers. In the Supprt text field define the address where custmer will sent issues, suggestins r questins. POP3 Server Settings and SMTP Server Settings are used t define the Supprt Ticketing Server settings, including the server URL, as well as authenticatin username and passwrd. When the settings are prvided, press the Submit buttn.
