T view ther card number, r ther statement perid, please select in list again and click n View buttn. Card transactins: Display infrmatin f transactins which were settled and will be n the next statement perid Please select a card number and click n View buttn. T view infrmatin f ther transactin, please select ther card in list again and click n View buttn Pending transactins: Display infrmatin f transactins which have nt been settled yet. OTP registratin Please chse OTP registratin menu t registry a telephne number t receive OTP sent by Vietcmbank Chse a number receiving OTP Enter security number and click n Cnfirm buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, check agreement bx, and click n Accept buttn t cmplete the registratin 10

11 Yur first step n the VCB-iB@nking 2. Set transactin limit Please select Change transfer quta menu t set the maximum amunt that culd be transferred daily. Select a transfer limit Check bxes t agree t ur Terms and Cnditins. Press Cnfirm buttn t set quta. Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Cnfirm buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP and click n Accept buttn t cmplete the registratin 11

14 Payment Transfer t anther Vietnamese bank s accunt Please select Make a transfer menu and select Transfer t anther Vietnamese bank s accunt transfer type Fill in the transfer frm and press Cnfirm buttn. Please chse yur bank and branch yu want t transfer thrugh 04 criterias Bank type Bank name Prvince/ City Branch name Base n yur infrmatin filled, VCB will prcess it autmatically (pst in VCB and send rder infrmatin t the beneficiary bank) Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin Nte: Cut-ff time: 15h30 Transactins are created befre 15:30, Vietcmbank will prcess the rder during the day 14

15 After this time, Vietcmbank will debit yur accunt. The next wrking day, VCB will be sent yur rder infrmatin t the beneficiary bank Access menu Transfer status fr: Yu will receive transactin bill n screen. Check status f yur rders 15

16 Payment Print electrnic invices Yu can print Electrnic invice f rders at Transfer status menu The prgram nly supprts yu print these invices fr 10 days after VCB prcessed rders successfully. If yu wuld like t get invices ver 10 days ag, please cntact Vietcmbank branches. Electrnic invices Fr transfer invices: yu can print invices having full infrmatin. Fr Lcal tax payments: beside Transfer slip, yu als can print Depsit slip 16

17 Payment Transfer status T check transfer status, yu access Transfer status menu Successful: the rder apprved and VCB prcessed successfull. Pending: VCB is prcessing the rder. Rejected: the rder is rejected Errr: The prgram hasn t updated yur rder. Please cntact VCC (Vietcmbank Cntact Center): r Vietcmbank branches Nte: Yu can nly view rders created within 10 days. Yu had better t keep billing payment in the case f verifying with Vietcmbank 17

Card transfer Please select Card transfer menu t transfer mney t anther card f linked bank Fill in the card transfer frm and press Accept buttn Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin Nte: Debit accunt: yu are nt allwed t transfer frm jint accunts Beneficiary card number: apply fr the card f the Bank as stipulated in each perid 18

19 Payment 4. Card statement payment Please select Card statement payment menu t pay expenditures n yur credit cards Amunt Min amunt: the amunt shuld be paid befre due date. If nt, yu will be charged late payment fee Statement balance: the amunt is displayed n yur mnthly Card accunt statement Outstanding balance: the amunt includes Current Balance and Pending Statement Balance. Others: the amunt yu enter Payment amunt regulatins Ttal payment amunt in 01 statement perid n any transactin channels has t nt exceed 500 millin VND Payment amunt must nt exceed Outstanding balance In case yur refund amunt is greater than yur billed amunt, yu can g t ur cunters t request the refund. 19

20 Payment Payment prcess Fill in that frm and press Cnfirm buttn Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin Nte: Cut-ff time Transactins are created befre 17:00, Vietcmbank will prcess the rder during the day After this time, Vietcmbank will prcess the rder during the next wrking day. 20

Billing payment Please select Billing payment menu t pay the bill payment f cmpanies in c-peratin with Vietcmbank Fill in that frm and press Cnfirm buttn Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin 6. Financial service Please select Financial service menu t pay the bill payment f cmpanies in c-peratin with Vietcmbank (Financial, Assurance, Stck cmpanies ) Fill in that frm and press Cnfirm buttn Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin 21

Lcal tax payment Tax payment Fr yur cmpany: Pay taxes f yurself (The prgram autmatically display tax number) Fr thers: Yu als can pay taxes f ther cmpanies Payment screen 1 - Tax infrmatin: is displayed autmatically, such as: cmpany name, Taxatin department, crrespndent accunt (the tax infrmatin is prvided by Taxatin Department). 2 Tax infrmatin: is displayed autmatically. If having n infrmatin, please fill in tax infrmatin wich yu still wuld like t pay. 3 Extra taxes infrmatin Yu can cmpensate ther taxes beside taxes prvided by Taxatin Department Payment prcess Fill in tax frm and select tax types needed t pay Implement this payment as same as Transfer functin 22

Tpup payment Please select Tpup payment menu t implement the tpup payment f cmpanies in c-peratin with Vietcmbank (OnePay, VTC, VietPay ) Fill in that frm and press Cnfirm buttn Chse OTP methd, enter security number and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Transfer buttn t cmplete the transactin 23

Credit card Credit card management: please select sevices Change card limit Lck card Unlck card Register fr Internet usage Unregister fr Internet usage Changing credit daily limit level Fill in that frm and press Cnfirm buttn Select new daily limit level, check agreement bx, and click n Accept buttn fr a system sending OTP t number register Enter OTP, and click n Cnfirm buttn t cmplete the transactin Nte: If the spending daily limit/withdraw cash in n that yu have chsen mre than the current remaining credit limit f the card, yu will nly be used within the rest f yur card limit. 24
