8 8 Introduction Our Strengths Speed and Reactivity Thanks to our database and operational organisation, Page Personnel can meet the needs of its clients in the shortest delay possible. A combination of online advertising and a database search allows us to find candidates who are available on short notice and have the required professional skills. Specialisation Our specialised consultants come from backgrounds related to their respective division. This allows Page Personnel to have a better understanding of our clients needs as well as to identify more accurately the right candidates for the right positions. Professionalism The candidates introduced to our clients have all been met during an individual interview with one of the consultants. The diplomas, the employment certificates as well as the references (with approval of the candidate) are validated at the end of the interview and are included in the files presented to the client. Follow-up Each candidate is presented with a description of the opportunity and the name of the company. Their files are only submitted to the client following their approval. Our consultants remain in contact with both, candidates and clients, throughout the temporary assignment, or throughout the trial period in case of permanent hiring. The following Salary Survey highlights some of the services we offer to our existing and prospective clients and to our candidates.

9 9 Introduction Our Temp Services Normally one consultant per team is dedicated to temporary positions. This allows us to respond to your need in the shortest delay possible, whilst ensuring expert understanding of your requirements. Temporary Assignment: Your Assistant has left on maternity leave and therefore you need to find a replacement during this period. As one solution, temporary assignment provides the desired candidate with the right competencies for short or long term needs. Try and Hire: You want to have someone on-board as soon as possible, but you are not sure if you want to turn it into a permanent position. For example we can provide you with a candidate for an initial 3 to 6 month assignment with the option to offer the candidate a permanent role at the end of the trial period. Some examples of positions we can help you with Executive Assistant: Provides administrative support to 1 or 2 managers by managing agendas, scheduling meetings, arranging travels, drafting correspondence and taking minutes. Administrative Support: Provides a full administrative support to an office or a team by ensuring that office supplies are readily available, dealing with internal/external contacts, organizing all aspects of management and board meetings as well as coordinating meeting rooms. Polyvalent Receptionist: Gives an excellent first impression of the company by welcoming guests, providing them with refreshments, receiving and redirecting phone calls and fax messages. Only candidates relevant to the Office & Management Support division, whose salary levels (global package) were updated between May 2011 and May 2012 have been taken into consideration Data collected from the various recruitment assignments managed by our consultants during the same period of time (positions and salaries) Years of recruitment experience within the Swiss market The salary levels are categorised in 3 ways:, and Location: French or German speaking region Years of Experience: 0 to 2 years, 2 to 5 years and more than 5 years experience

This role involves extensive diary management making appointments and acting as the interface between the individual and his/her global direct reports. Asides from the professional support of the senior individual and their key direct reports, PAs will be assisting in private matters as well. The Assistant is responsible for support of the recruitment process and for various administrative tasks.
