4 A GUIDED VISIT TO GALANTINO OLIVE MILL The doors of our olive mill are always open for tourists and visitors, alone or in group. We will be glad to welcome our guests with the following services: Welcome meeting with our talented staff, in Italian, English, French A short movie (in Italian, English, French, German) can be watched in our beautiful underground meeting room, carved in the rocks Guided visit to our olive mill, an ancient building dating back to 1860, with the traditional stone grinders. Tasting or different extra virgin olive oils (Affiorato, Organic, DOP Castel del Monte, Oils with lemon, basil, chilli, garlic ) Tasting of taralli and preserved vegetables in extra virgin olive oil Possibility to buy at discounted prices, with home delivery all over the world.

5 A LUNCH IN OUR GARDEN In the middle of a green garden full of citrus trees belonging to Mr Galantino, under an elegant wrought iron gazebo, on request, we can serve a meal prepared with typical Apulian food seasoned with our oils. Whether it's a light lunch, a real lunch or a dinner it will certainly be a unique sensory experience.

6 COOKING CLASSES Our chef will be glad to teach you how to prepare the typical dishes of our region, Puglia. You will prepare the food with your own hands so that you can surprise your guests when you come back home.

7 OIL MASTERS 1926 MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS At Galantino Olive Mill you can organize your meeting and conventions up to 50 participants. You can use our nice underground meeting room, with screen and projector, and the wide gazebo in our garden, also for your breaks and for your lunch or dinner.
