1 WatchDx Outlk Plug-In: Quick Start Guide 1 QUICK SENDING FROM OUTLOOK WatchDx Outlk integratin allws yu t send s and attachments securely, with a single click. Click Send Prtected in yur mail editr tlbar fr 1-click secure sending f yur with the default settings. Select Set Security and Send frm the drpdwn menu t custmize permissins and security settings fr the current . Select Settings frm the drpdwn menu t cnfigure default settings fr the Outlk Plug-in.

2 WatchDx Outlk Plug-In: Quick Start Guide 2 OUTLOOK PLUG-IN SETTINGS WatchDx Outlk Plug-in allws yu t easily send secure dcuments frm yur Outlk applicatin. T cnfigure the plug-in, right click with yur muse n the WatchDx system tray icn and select Settings. Select when yur shuld be securely sent via the Plug-in. On every with attachments: All s with attachments will always be sent via the WatchDx Plug-in. When sending t external recipients: Only s t recipients utside the sender s rganizatin dmain (e.g., when sending frm abc.cm t cmpany.cm). Any file size abve X: Only s that include attachments greater than a specified size limit. Only by request: Only when the sender explicitly chses t send s via WatchDx frm the Outlk interface. Chse desired sending mde: Select Send Securely & Cntrl attachments t cntrl security permissins such as recipients ability t edit and print the dcument. If yu select Send Securely (uncntrlled after dwnlad) yur dcuments will be sent securely; hwever, yu will nt be able t set r revke permissins at a later stage. Check Ask befre sending t be prmpted by the plug-in t send securely every time yu send an .

Click Mre t expand the settings windw with advanced permissin settings. The fllwing permissins can be edited: Print: Enable r disable printing (fr cntrlled r nline dcuments nly). Edit: Allw editing f the file (fr cntrlled dwnlads nly). Cpy-Paste: Allw cpying text frm the file (fr cntrlled r nline dcuments nly). Dwnlad Cntrlled: Allw dwnlading tracked and cntrlled versin f the attached file. Watermark: Shw a watermark with the user s ver the dcument. Sptlight: Prvides additinal prtectin against screen capturing (fr dcuments viewable nline nly). Prgrammatic Access: Allws 3 rd party sftware and macrs t access the dcument. Expiratin Date: Determines the date after which the dcument will n lnger be accessible (fr cntrlled r nline dcuments nly). Recipient may share dwnlad link: Determines wh can access the link t yur dcument when frwarded by the riginal recipient.

Click Sent Items (lcated under Exchange in the navigatin tree) t see a list f yur sent dcuments. Select ne r mre dcuments and click Permissins t: Add Users: Enter addresses f new recipients, set permissins, and add a persnal message t send them with yur dcument. Edit Permissins: Change the viewing permissins r expiratin date fr dcuments which were sent as Cntrlled Attachments. Revke Users: Enter specific addresses r revke permissins fr all recipients f yur Cntrlled Attachments.

T access the Full Lg, select a dcument and click Tracking frm the cntext menu. The lg presents user details, type f activity, date & time, lcatin, IP address, and unique device identifier. Click n the heading f any clumn t srt the lg by that clumn. Hver with yur muse ver an activity t view mre details.
