4 PRACTICAL INFORMATION Accommodation: Antwerp Hilton Hotel Accommodation during this event is provided in the Antwerp Hilton Hotel. Also the seminar on Friday will take place in the hotel. The Antwerp Hilton is located on the Groenplaats, in the heart of the city, with famous attractions like the Cathedral of Our Lady, the Antwerp Zoo and, not to forget, the Scheldt and the National Maritime Museum on the doorstep. The hotel hosts a business center and wireless access to internet is available throughout the hotel. 6 Airport transfer From Brussels Airport (+/- 40 km): - Shuttle from Brussels Airport: Hourly direct connection to the Antwerp city center (see schedule attached). The coaches are provided with relax seats, air conditioning, toilet, video/dvd. The bus shuttle fare is 10 Euro p/p. Directions: At Brussels Airport, follow the indication in the airport terminal. The shuttle bus will take you to Antwerp Central Station. Transport from Central Station to the hotel is possible by taxi or by subway. The following subway lines will take you right in front of the hotel on Groenplaats in 5 min.: N 2 direction Linkeroever (stop: Groenplaats) N 15 direction Linkeroever (stop: Groenplaats) - Taxi from Brussels Airport: A private taxi service is provided by the Antwerp Hilton Hotel ( Requests must be made directly to the hotel flight details to: sietske.voorbraak@hiltonint.com The fare for a private taxi is 75 Euro.
