1 International Workshop of Prosecco and Rosè Wines San Pietro di Feletto (Treviso), 8th 9th July 2016 PROSA Proseccco & Rosa 2016 will foresee an International Workshop of the Prosecco and Rosé wines sector organized in the prestigious site of Ca del Poggio Restaurant & Resort (Treviso province) by Treviso Glocal; society that promotes the companies of the province of Treviso and the area itself, both in Italy and throughout the world. The main aim of the event is to boost the commercialization and international partnership of the Treviso companies belonging to the wine sector, organizing one day agenda of meetings with selected foreign operators. This initiative is specifically dedicated to the Prosecco and Rosé wines sector, in which our province is leader. In this year event Treviso Glocal has decided to involve the following markets: USA, Canada and Europe. The 8th of July 2016 will be entirely dedicated to B2B meetings between Treviso companies and International operators, according to a pre-arranged agenda of meetings. In the following day, the 9th of July, the foreign buyers will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Treviso companies and industrial reality they are mostly interested in, through ad hoc visits and an educational tour, followed by a Gala Dinner event that will take place in Ca del Poggio Restaurant in San Pietro di Feletto (Treviso). 1

The Chamber of Commerce of Treviso is the majority partner; the other partners are: Confartigianato della Marca Trevigiana, CNA, Coldiretti, Unascom and Veneto Banca. Treviso Glocal s mission is to encourage business internationalization and to develop production activities as well as tourist hospitality facilities in the province. Aim of the event: Promotion of the Treviso Province wine producers; create business opportunities, promote the image and the products of the local companies, make them known and appreciated by the audience of wine lovers and industry insiders. Initiative: The initiative foresees the realization of a workshop (B2B meetings) between qualificated operators of the Province of Treviso and about 7 foreign buyers coming from USA, Canada and Europe, specially invited in the March of Treviso. Travel The Organizer will provide the Hosted Buyer with a travel from the agreed departure city to Italy, Venice International Airport (Marco Polo). Any additional cost to reach the agreed departure port will be at the expense of the Hosted Buyer. The travel will be arranged on dates suitable for the attendance at the event. Travel changes (arrival or departure on different dates) requested by the Hosted Buyer are subject to availability. In that case, all transfers on arrival and departure days are at the expense of the Hosted Buyer. Visa requirements will be responsibility of the Hosted Buyer, including any necessary costs incurred. Registration Agreement Educational tour PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT TO PROSA PROSECCO & ROSA EVENT (8 TH AND 9 TH JULY 2016) The undersigned Mr./ Mrs., representing the Company, with passport number commits to: - take part to the program organized by Treviso Glocal (ref. point 2.), that includes: Workshop/ business meetings focused on wine sector between international buyers and Treviso Province sellers on the 8 th of July 2016; Possible educational tour and/or company visit to some wine related companies and a tour in the Province of Treviso on the 9 th of July 2016; Participation to PROSA Gala Dinner event on the 9 th of July 2016; - with the exception of force majeure, duly attested, to refund the ticket expenses or the costs for the cancellations and the other costs that Treviso Glocal would have paid for the organization of your incoming. Treviso Glocal, as organizer, is committed to offering, no charge at my expenses, what follows: - Round-trip flight tickets to Venice/ car or train expenses reimbursement; - Accommodation at a 4 star hotel for three nights (from 7th to 9th July); - Breakfast, lunch and dinner during the days of the mission; - Transfers from and to the airport and domestic travels.
