2 online banking Accessing Online Banking Online banking gives you immediate access to your account information from the convenience of your home or office computer. Now you can do your banking over the Internet simply and securely! Search for a Transaction While viewing your transactions you may search for a specific one. Select Search located under the tabs. Enter the search criteria and click Submit. Visit your bank s website. Enter your ID and password* in the appropriate fields and click Enter. *Web addresses for the seven BancAbility SM member banks are listed on the back of this brochure. Your initial password will be assigned by your bank. You will be prompted to change your password upon your first login. A list of your accounts and a drop-down menu of activities for each account will display. Adding Stop Payments Select Stop Payments from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. Viewing Transactions Select Transactions from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. To view other transactions, use View Range. To view a check image or deposit, click the link in the check # column. Stop payments added previously will display. Click Add Stop Payment, fill in the required fields and click Submit. A confirmation page will display. Print this page, sign and mail it to your branch. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. Stop payment fees may apply.

3 Transferring Funds Between Accounts Select Transfers from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. Signing up for Electronic Statements Alleviate the hassle of receiving paper statements in the mail. Sign up to receive them online. Select the Electronic Statements tab from the menu bar. If you have not previously signed up for Electronic Statements you will be prompted to enroll. Fill in the required fields, agree to the terms and click Enroll Now. Select an account from the Transfer Funds From drop-down menu on the right. Select an account to transfer funds into, as well as an amount and transfer frequency. Once you have enrolled, if you want to make changes, click on Documents and Settings. Select or de-select the account(s) for which you would like to receive online statements and click Save Settings. If you are transferring to a checking or savings account, no payment options will be available. If you are transferring to a loan, choose how the payment should be applied. (Loan transfers to principal or interest only will not advance the payment date.) Click Submit when you are ready to complete the funds transfer. A confirmation screen to complete the transfer will display. Click Confirm to finalize. After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation number.

4 Downloading Transactions Modify Personal Settings and Login Information Select Download from the drop-down menu to the right of the account. ] Choose an account, a download range and format and click Submit. To view the downloaded transactions, click the link. To save the downloaded transactions, right-click the link and choose Save Target As. Online Banking Options Select the Options tab from the menu bar. Then select Personal to modify your personal settings. Update your address Set up the password reset feature As a security precaution, three attempts to enter an incorrect password will result in a lockout. You can set up the password reset feature in advance so you can reset your password via your own authentication question should this occur. Follow these steps to enable this feature. Verify the address is accurate. Enter a personal question for which only you know the answer. Enter your answer (case sensitive). Click Submit. If you set up this feature you can reset your password should you ever lock yourself out or forget your password. Click Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter the requested information and click Submit. You will receive an from the bank. Click on the link inside the to continue. (The link is only available for 2 hours.) Enter your login ID and answer the persoanl question you set up. Your password has successfully been reset. Change your online banking ID A personal ID is an ID to use instead of your 12-digit ID and can contain letters and numbers. Change banking password

5 Modify Account Options Alerts Account pseudo names (nicknames) For security reasons we recommend you not make the pseudo names your account number. Account display order You can rearrange the order in which your accounts are displayed by clicking and dragging them to the desired location. Account Display Click Edit or Add to establish or change an existing alert. When the activity occurs an alert will display on the NetTeller account listing page. Mobile Banking If you are an online banking customer, Mobile Banking enables you to securely access your account information via your web enabled mobile device. You may view your account balance, monitor activity, transfer funds between accounts and pay bills you have previously set up. You can even locate bank branches and ATMs on the go! Display options Choose your default settings for number of accounts, transactions and transfer history displayed. Select the Options tab then click on Mobile Banking. Click on the accounts you wish to access with your mobile device. Enter your mobile phone number and select your wireless provider from the drop down menu. Review the disclosure and click I Agree. When you have successfully signed up for Mobile Banking, you will receive a confirmation text message to your mobile device. Likewise, you will receive text messages each time you transfer funds or pay bills. (Text messaging fees from your wireless provider may apply.)

6 online bill pay Setting Up Online Bill Pay The payee will be listed on the payee screen. Save time and money with free online bill pay. Once you experience the ease and convenience of paying your bills online, you will never want to write another check! The first time you select Bill Pay from the menu bar you will be prompted to Add Payee. Fill in all required fields to set up the payee. 2. Check Payee If the payee was not available for electronic payment, a screen will display Check as the payee type. Click Add Check Payee to set up the payee. Click Search. The system will first search for electronic payees. 1. Electronic Payee If the payee searched is a match for electronic payment, the screen will display Electronic (highlighted in blue) as the payee type. If there are more matches, select the payee from the displayed list. Click Submit to accept electronic payee. Complete required payee account number and address fields. If you do not have an account number for the payee, enter n/a (alias is optional). The payee name will appear on the Pay to the Order of line of any checks sent to the payee. After you are finished filling in all required fields, click Submit to accept check payee. The payee will be listed on the payee screen with the other accounts you have set up.

7 Setting Up Additional Payees Select Bill Pay and click on Add Payee. Fill in the required fields and click Search. Follow step 1 or 2 for electronic or check payees. Making Payments There are two ways to make payments: 1. Add Payment Click New Payment from the bill pay menu, then Add Payment. Choose the account to pay from, as well as the payee. Enter the amount of the payment and any memo comments (optional, and only displays on payments made by check). The frequency is how often you want the bill paid. The payment date is the date the payment should be sent to the payee, not the due date. For recurring payments, choose when you want the last payment made (expiration date). Select the payment date, account and payment amount for each payment and click Submit. Review the entry and hit Confirm. 2. Quick Payment Click New Payment from the bill pay menu. This option allows you to select multiple payees. Select the payee(s) you want to send a payment to and click Submit. Payments added will display on the main page of bill payment. You may go in and view, edit or delete scheduled payments. You can only change the account number for the electronic (added) payee when selecting Edit. To change a payee(s) address, click on Add Payee and enter the information required. Delete the old payee. Allow 2-3 business days for electronic payees to receive their payments and 7-10 business days for check payees.

8 Viewing Bill Pay History Select History from the bill pay menu. The default amount of the history will display. Setting up Alerts You may set up automatic alerts to notify you when: Bill payments are made Bill payments fail Bill payments changed to electronic Bill payments changed to check Bill payments are rejected You have insufficient funds to pay a bill Helpful Tips To change the default setting, choose Options then Display. Select the length of history to be displayed. When you log in to online banking you ll see a list of your account(s). The account names are links to your transactions. Use this as a handy shortcut. Choosing Search will allow you to search by payee, payment date and dollar amount. We have two processing times for online bill pay: 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. business days only. Electronic payments are debited from your account at processing. Check payments are debited once they have cleared your account. For security reasons, please do not save your password to your PC. ] ] Bill payment history is available for 19 months.
