2 Welcome At Hingham Savings, your Online Banking Team is taking action to provide you with a fast, flexible and secure online banking experience. We will soon introduce our new Online Banking service. Get Started Accessing Online Banking After the Conversion 3 1. Go to our website at Click on the Personal Banking Tab on the right side of the page. 3. In the Access ID field, enter your existing User ID in lower case, and then click Login. 4. Your temporary Password is the last five (5) digits of your social security number. 5. For added security, a new screen will appear prompting you to create a new password. 3 Your Password For your security, you will be required to change your password. 1. Enter your temporary password: The last five digits of your social security number (no spaces or dashes).. Next, create a new password and re-enter to confirm. 3. Click Submit. Password Requirements Must contain at least six (6) characters. You can use any combina tion of letters, numbers or special characters. Getting Started Access ID must be at least 6 characters. Passwords must be 6-10 characters in length and any combination of letters, numbers or special characters. Please remember that your password is CaSe SensiTive Hingham Savings Online Banking 3

4 Set Security Data Next, you will be prompted to verify your current address. You will also be prompted to create and enter an Authentication Pass Phrase. You will also be prompted to choose Challenge Questions and Answers. to help us verify your identity. 1. Enter your current address and confirm.. 5 Select a Challenge Question from each dropdown and provide your answers in the space provided. 4. Select one of the following Options: This is a personal computer. Register it. This is a public computer. Do not register it. Important Notice Once you ve completed the Security Data Page, the Electronic Banking Disclosure screen will appear asking you to agree to continue or cancel. Hingham Savings Online Banking 5

6 Account List Page The Relationship Summary page provides you with an overall view of your relationship with Hingham Savings. You will be provided with a summary of information on each specific account. Account Summary This section provides an overview of accounts and balances. Click on a specific account to get detail account information. Spending Report The Spending Report is an Screen Grab Account Summary easy-to-understand personal financial management tool that provides you with a snapshot of 1 your spending activity. Quick Bill Payment Quick Bill Payment is a convenient way to pay a bill from the Relationship Summary Page. Quick Transfer Quick Transfer is another convenient way to transfer between your Hingham Savings accounts. 6 Hingham Savings Online Banking

7 Account Summary Select an account from the Account Summary section of the Account List Page to view more detailed information such as recent debit transactions as well as cleared checks or deposits for your Hingham Savings Bank accounts Additional details about your accounts will display here.. Twenty-five of your most recent transactions will display. 3. Transaction Activity can be easily sorted by Date, Checks, Description, Debits and Credits. 4. 8 Express Transfers The Express Transfers feature will allow you to quickly and easily transfer funds between your Hingham Savings Bank accounts. Additional Transfer options, such as reoccurring or schedule transfers in the future, are available in the Transfers dropdown menu Select Account Transfer from the navigation bar to initiate an account transfer.. From the Transfer From drop-down menu select the Transfer From account. 3. In the Transfer To section enter the Transaction Amount in the box next to the account the funds are being transferred to. 4. Click Next 5. Click Submit. 8 Hingham Savings Online Banking

9 User Options To make changes to your Online Banking, select User Options from the navigation bar. Here you can update information affecting your security settings and personal information. Click on the edit button under each option to customize your settings. User Options Password must be 6 10 characters in length and is case sensitive. Your password will expire every six months.. Address allows you the ability to manage your address. 3. Security Data this allows you to change your Authentication Image. 4. Security Question & Answer - allows you to change your Question and Answer that may be used to verify your identity. 5. Account Nicknames - allows you to customize your individual account titles when viewing in Account Summary. Online Banking Hingham Savings Online Banking 9

10 Bill Payment Your previous Payee (NOW BILLER) information has been retained in the new Bill Payment feature of Online Banking. You will not need to re-enter your Biller information. All Bill Payment history will not transfer to the new Bill Payment system. If you want to retain any Bill Payment History print the information before the conversion date of May 14th or refer to your previous statements. You may also order a Bill Payment History CD from our existing PCBank4 site before the conversion date of May 14th. Important Note On Hingham Savings old online banking system, when scheduling a payment, you selected the date you wanted the payment to be SENT TO THE BILLER. On our new online banking system, you will schedule payments based on the DUE DATE or when you would like it to arrive. 10 Hingham Savings Online Banking

11 Bill Payment The system will automatically determine when the payment must start processing to arrive on the DUE DATE or date you would like it to arrive. To assist you in scheduling payments, the system will automatically fill the date field with the earliest possible arrival date, based on the payment being processed electronically or via check. Bill Payment A calendar of available payment dates for each biller is also provided if you wish to select a different payment date. The funds for the payment will be deducted from your account on the date you selected to arrive at the biller or soon thereafter. Hingham Savings Online Banking 11
