7 Package Pricing Pricing is based on one main course from the choice listed on your chosen package. If you wish to offer your guests a choice of main course please speak with our Wedding Co-dinat regarding the arrangements f this. 9 ACCOMMODATION The hotel has 16 ensuite bedrooms; 1 Bridal Suite, 2 Master Suites and 13 standard rooms. The Bridal Suite is complimentary in all wedding Packages and f all other weddings of 60 plus guests. Please request a breakdown of rooms should you require this infmation. We encourage you to make reservations f bedrooms as soon as possible as our hotel booking system is open to third party booking agents. We cannot guarantee that bedrooms will be available until such times you make these reservations. It is the Bride and Grooms responsibly to check at the time of making their provisional and confirmed booking f their reception. A 10% discount is offered to wedding guests from the hotel rack rate. We request that you refer to accommodation section in Our Terms and Conditions. The room rates f 2014 see below and the room rates f 2015 are not yet available. 10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT DETAILS A provisional booking can be made and held f up to 14 days. After this date the provisional booking will automatically be released. The initial deposit is Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. All payments by credit card will incur a 3% additional charge, payments by debit card cash are exempt from this. An additional must be paid 12 weeks pri to your wedding day. The remaining payment will be due 12 days pri to your wedding day along with the final numbers and table plan. Should the invoice remain unpaid at this point The Millbrook Lodge Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking and claim cancellation charges. All additional sundries must be paid on departure. Additional charges and alterations may be made to the existing packages however a surcharge will be made per guest. Children of 4 11 years old are charged half price of package adult meal. Children 12 and above will be charged full price. Other options f Children under Fish fingers, sausages chicken nuggets and chips, followed by icecream must be advised in advance Alcohol product may increase from iginal quote due to government taxes. The Bride and Groom will be kept up to date with this infmation and will be advised of any such changes on final invoice. We do offer a ckage service f those who wish to provide their own wine sparkling wine, this service is charged at 12 per bottle up to 75cl. After this volume the ckage rate will be doubled per bottle. The hotel will not be responsible f any gifts that are left arrive f the Bride and Groom and all possessions, including flowers, cake, table decations etc must be removed from the stage area on the mning after the event. It is your responsibility to insure f any loss damage to wedding gifts as these are not covered by the Hotel s policy. F security reasons access to the Hotel s residents bar is restricted to residents only. Any guests found to be in possession of alcohol that has not been purchased in the hotel will have these items removed from their person. LICENSES If you wish to get married at the hotel arrangements and all necessary rooms must be booked with the hotel to accommodate this taking place. The hotel has indo and outdo facilities weather depending.. Please see banqueting pack f fees payable to hotel. If you wish to be married in the hotel you must make all necessary arrangements with the Registrar at Down District Council. CANCELLATION CHARGES In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made: Cancellation of a confirmed booking loss of deposit. Cancellation with less than 9 months notice 50% of estimated Total Charge Cancellation with less than 6 months notice 75% of estimated Total Charge Cancellation with less than 3 months notice 100% of estimated charge All prices include VAT Tariffs are subject to annual increase at the hotels discretion. No printed pricing will be continued beyond the Package dates that are stated. FINAL ARRANGMENTS Final arrangements, including menu, special requirements must be confirmed to the hotel at least 12 days befe the date of your wedding. This must be done by appointment with a duty manager. Table plans must be provided by the bride and groom and will not be prepared by hotel. The Final numbers should be given no later than 7 days befe the date of your wedding and these are the numbers that will be used f the calculating of your final account. Should you wish to alter any arrangements increase numbers the hotel reserves the right to amend rates. This final account must be settled 48 hours befe the date of your wedding. ACCOMMODATION The Bridal Suite is complimentary in Wedding Packages. The Millbrook Lodge has 16 bedrooms including the Bridal Suite. We are unable to guarantee that bedrooms will be available f your event therefe we encourage you to make reservations as soon as possible. A 10% discount is offered to wedding guests who would like to stay over. This 10% discount is only available when reservations are made directly through the hotel reception and is not available when on any reservation made through our Website any other 3 rd party agency. Single room f 1 person rate, Double rate f 2 persons and Triple rates f 3 persons are available please check with reception f this infmation. The 10% discount is not available on any other offer. Bedroom reservations will be held up until 6 weeks befe the date of your wedding. After this date the hotel requires a 30 deposit per room booking. A final rooming list is required 4 weeks befe the date of your wedding. This room list must be with all guest infmation that is required by the hotel. All unused/unreleased rooms will be invoiced to your final account. We are unable to guarantee that bedrooms will be available f check-in befe 3 pm unless the bedroom has been reserved and a holding fee paid in advance. FOR YOUR COMFORT The Hotel has provided additional items such as decative furnishings in the Bridal Suite and Master Suites. These items must not be removed from the rooms. An inventy will be taken after check-out and if any items are found to be missing you will be held responsible and invoiced accdingly. ON THE DAY Although the Millbrook Lodge Hotel has a One Wedding Per Day policy, other events may be taking place in the hotel and therefe it is imptant that the arrival and meal times that have been prearranged be adhered to. ENTERTAINMENT All entertainers that have been provided by you f your event must carry their own public liability insurance. A copy must be available if a duty manager requests to inspect it. The hotel s disco and sound equipment is not available f the use of outside contacts. Any damage that may occur to the hotel equipment premises by an outside entertainment company will be invoiced to you. A fee of 250 applies f an extension to bar/entertainment Mon-Thurs to 1am. CHILDREN Children attending evening wedding parties in the hotel must remain within the function suite after 9 pm and are not permitted in public bar areas. DAMAGES You are responsible f any damages caused to the hotel any fixtures and fittings any part of the grounds. The cost of repairing any such damage by your guests must be reimbursed to the hotel. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the building. A smoking area is provided at the rear of the hotel. INSURANCE Wedding insurance should be considered to protect you against cancellation, damage at to the venue and third party injury 10
