8 GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CATERING 1. The person making arrangements shall notify Butler s Pantry of the final guest count at least 10 business days prior to your event. Any additions to this count within 10 business days of your event will be subject to a 15% surcharge. 2. Payment Schedule» $1,000 deposit due at signing» 50% due 120 days prior to your event date.» Estimated balance due 10 days prior to your event date. All events require a credit card on file for any additional fees incurred after payment of estimated balance. Failure to provide above payments will void your catering contract. 3. All deposits are non-refundable. 4. The Butler s Pantry catering manager should be made aware of all aspects of your event. Please allow our catering manager to coordinate all deliveries and pick-ups from outside vendors. (i.e. entertainment, floral, bakery, etc.) 5. Outside food & beverage is prohibited, with the exception of wedding cakes provided by a licensed bakery. 6. We accept the following for payment: cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Personal checks are only accepted 14 days prior to event date. 7. $ delivery fee is applied to each event; additional fees may apply for locations outside of a 25 mile radius or multiple deliveries. 8. Please contact Butler s Pantry for all catering details at info@butlerspantry.com or (314) PACKAGE SPECIFICATIONS 1. A Toast to You! Butler s Pantry will happily include a complimentary Champagne Toast for the Head Table. 2. These packages are based on a 4 hour event with a minimum of 100 guests. Please add the following percentages for less than 100 guests:» guests please add 20%» guests please add 25%» 40 or less please consult your catering manager 3. For weddings with ceremonies onsite or outdoor cocktailing, additional fees may apply. Ask your catering manager for more details. 4. Creating a memorable and successful event requires incredible attention to detail. The 22% catering fee focuses on providing you with an exceptional experience from our sales, culinary, service and operations teams. Additionally the fee allows us to provide our clients with in house lines of quality rentals, fine china, unique glassware, serving pieces and responsible disposables at reasonable prices. The catering fee & current sales tax will be applied to your final bill. 5. Service Charge is not included. Please refer to your catering manager for assistance should you wish to give your service staff additional thanks! 6. Ask about special package pricing based on age groups. FOOD TASTINGS 1. A complimentary tasting for seated and served wedding packages are provided for 4 guests upon receipt of signed contract & deposit.» Seated and served tastings are designed so you can taste exactly what will be served at your reception. This includes 3 passed hors d oeuvres, 1 plated salad, vegetable, starch & entrée.» If you would like to taste multiple options at your tasting, an additional fee of $200 applies.» You may have up to 4 additional guests at your seated and served tasting. The cost is $30 per additional guest. 2. Complimentary brunch for up to 6 at Café Madeleine is provided for hors d oeuvre or buffet packages and is scheduled upon receipt of signed contract & deposit.» This format is designed to show you the quality of the food and service you will experience at your reception; not your exact menu selection.» You may schedule a tasting of your specific hors d oeuvre or buffet menu selections. The cost is $30 per guest; with a maximum of 6 people.» If you would like to taste multiple options at your tasting an additional fee of $200 applies. 3. Tastings are available by appointment only. Tastings may be scheduled Monday Thursday 10:30am - 3:30pm. Please consult with your event planner for a mutually convenient time or to make special arrangements outside of these hours.
