Your second unit of study includes ; Undertaking coaching in the workplace To enable you to demonstrate your ability to undertake workplace coaching. Your third unit of study includes; Reflecting on workplace coaching skills To enable you to reflect on your own abilities as a workplace coach. To enable to critically review your own skills and competency as a coach, and produce a development plan for the next 12 months.
