5 DESCRIPTION The subject property comprises a terrace of five industrial warehouses of steel frame construction built in the 1980 s. The units are constructed with brick and block work elevations under a pitched corrugated sheet clad roof and benefit from a minimum eaves height of 6.95 m. Internally the warehouse units provide concrete screed floors, a mix of strip and sodium spot lighting, gas fired warm air blowers in part and approximately 10% translucent roof lights.
