This service is available nline fr users t unlck r change their cmputer and passwrd. T use this service, yu will be required t setup tw frms f security verificatin. It is pssible that sme f yu will have already received an asking yu t verify yur cntact inf. If s, yu have cmpleted these steps and the verificatin setup is cmplete. See the instructins belw t sign up fr this service. Verificatin Setup: There are three verificatin ptins: Phne, , and Security Questins. Yu can setup all three frms f verificatins but nly tw are required t activate the new lckut/passwrd reset service. T get started please click n the link belw This will pen a website and bring yu t the Micrsft Azure Lgin screen. (See Belw) Enter yur address and click Cntinue

2 The system will recgnize yur Highland address and redirect yu t the Highland prtal. Yu shuld see ur lg and backgrund if successful. (See Belw). Nte, if yu have several Micrsft accunts there will be a prmpt t select Wrk r schl accunt r Persnal accunt. Chse Wrk r Schl accunt. Enter yur current ( ) passwrd and click Sign in This shuld lg yu in t yur accunt prtal. (See Belw). Select Prfile and chse the Register fr Passwrd Reset ICON

3 This will take yu t the security verificatin ptins screen. (See Belw). If any f the security verificatins have already been setup yu will see a green checkmark by the verificatin, and the Set it up nw is replaced with the Change ptin. Use the Change ptin in the future t update yur security verificatins infrmatin if smething wuld change like yur address r phne number. 4 Nw let s lk at each security verificatin ptin in mre detail. Phne: Click n Set it up nw if Authenticatin Phne is nt cnfigured. This will bring yu t the screen belw Change the regin t United States Enter yur phne number yu wish t setup Nw select Text me r Call me depending n which yu prefer Depending n which methd is selected it will either call the phne number yu prvided r send a text message with a verificatin cde t that phne. If yu selected Call me just hit the # key n the phne t apprve. If yu selected Text me then enter the cde in the text field (See Belw)

5 This cmpletes the phne verificatin setup. Yu shuld nw see a green checkmark by this ptin. Chse Set it up nw if Authenticatin is nt cnfigured. This will bring yu t the screen belw. Enter a valid address and select me (This cannt be a Highland address) This will send a verificatin cde t that address Once received enter in the field belw and select verify

6 This cmpletes the verificatin setup. Yu shuld nw see a green checkmark by this ptin. Security Questins: Chse Set it up nw if Security Questins are nt cnfigured. This will bring yu t the screen belw. Select 3 security questins alng with yur answer Once cmplete select save answers This cmpletes the Security Questins verificatin setup. Yu shuld nw see a green checkmark by this ptin.

7 Once yu have at least 2 security verificatins cmpleted yu are nw ready t finish the setup prcess. Select lks gd t cmplete yur security verificatin setup. This shuld take yu back t yur main prtal Select yur address at the tp then lgut This cmpletes the prcess
