2 The Carpenters Magic The Carpenters Magic will be available during the festive season. With a few extras. We re revisiting some of the classics, serving a traditional Carpenters Menu with some not-so-classic twists. No tickets. No cover charge. No set menu. Just some great food, great company and of course not so great dancing! A deposit of per person is required when booking. Limited availability! So get in quick!

Our wine merchant will be on hand to discuss their preferred selections for the perfect Christmas, with of course the opportunity to try before you buy.

All choices include Prosecco on arrival with coffee, mince pies or chocolate truffles to complete the meal. 7 To Begin Our world class Christmas soup. (v) Mulled wine spiced pear and goats cheese, with a candied pecan salad and fig preserve. (v) Wild mushroom and parmesan soufflé served with a seasonal chutney. (v) Duck foie gras and pistachio terrine served with a rosemary and thyme focaccia and a shallot and thyme jam. Gravadlax of salmon and prawns, served with spiced beetroot, gherkin and horseradish.

8 The Main Event Crispy confit of duck with a white bean and bacon cassoulet, served with a spiced port sauce. Pot roast winter spiced lamb, served with apricot, thyme and garlic. Sautéed sea bass with garlic tiger prawns. Belly of pork caramelised apples, crackling, mulled cider sauce. Chestnut gorgonzola and sweet shallot tart, served with a vermouth and mushroom cream sauce. (v) All of the above are served with honey roast parsnips, chestnuts and sprouts, braised red cabbage, dauphinoise potato, or buttered mashed potato, and a selection of seasonal vegetables.

9 Pudding Cherry and cinnamon crème brûlée with Christmas spiced almond shortbread. Pear and apple tarte Tatin with star anise, rum glaze served with a toffee apple ice cream. Warm dark chocolate and Grand Marnier torte with a winter berry ice cream. Winter berry and vanilla pavlova. Selection of indulgent Christmas cheese. Finally... Rich Christmas coffee served with cream, a warm mince pie, or chocolate truffles.
