Your reservation must be confirmed by JORDAN Congress Bureau, where your completed form will be sent. Please make your payment for the reservation immediately after receiving confirmation of your reservation by JORDAN Congress Bureau. We would like to inform you that full payment of accommodation before arrival is required according to the hotel s policy during the high season in September, when all hotels are fully booked. JORDAN Congress Bureau will not allocate gusts in double room. Please indicate the name of the person you will be sharing with. Early reservation is highly recommended! Warsaw is very popular among tourists, so we strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Accommodation will be allocated on the first come first served basis after the receipt of the registration and full advance payment. Payments by credit cards are available. 5 Cancellation received before 1 st June 2014: completed refund will be made Cancellation received from 2 nd June to 30 th June, 2014: penalty of 60% costs of reservation will be charged. Cancellation received after 30 th June 2014 or no shows: full penalty is charged, no refunds. All refunds will only be issued after the conference.
