1 Entry Form Programme The Organising Committee of the INTERNATIONAL SWIM MEETING AZZURRI D ITALIA has the pleasure to inform the interested Nations, Clubs and Athletes that the event will take place in Bergamo at the Sporting Center Italcementi COMPETITIONS OVER THREE DAYS FROM 5 TH TO 7 TH OF JUNE 2015 Events RAGAZZI (Girls ; Boys ) : 200 medley; 200 butterfly; 200 backstroke; 200 breaststroke; 200 freestyle; 100 butterfly; 100 backstroke; 100 breaststroke; 100 freestyle; 50 freestyle. Events JUNIOR (Girls ; Boys ): 200 medley; 200 butterfly; 200 backstroke; 200 breaststroke; 200 freestyle; 100 butterfly; 100 backstroke; 100 breaststroke; 100 freestyle; 50 butterfly; 50 backstroke; 50 breaststroke; 50 freestyle. Events ASSOLUTI (Girls 1998 and older; Boys 1996 and older) 800 freestyle women and 1500 freestyle men (best 8 entry times); 400 freestyle and 400 medley (best 8 entry times); 200 medley; 200 butterfly; 200 backstroke; 200 breaststroke; 200 freestyle; 100 butterfly; 100 backstroke; 100 breaststroke; 100 freestyle; 50 butterfly; 50 backstroke; 50 breaststroke; 50 freestyle. 400/800/1500 freestyle and 400 medley are OPEN and boys/girls will swim regardless the age group the distances written above. The 8 best entry-times will fix lanes and athletes allowed to swim. On Friday and Saturday are scheduled only heats. Finals are all on Sunday. The starting order is set regardless of age-group and based on the entry time indicated on the entry form up to the best one (the last three heats are scheduled with seeds) ; the finals are scheduled from ragazzi age group as first ones (women and men), then the juniores age group and the last one is assoluti final. In 800 and 1500 freestyle competitions there will be a direct final. FRIDAY 5TH JUNE Pool opens at 2:30 P.M. Opening Ceremony at 3:45 P.M. Competition starts at 10:00 A.M. 200 butterfly backstroke breaststroke - 50 butterfly freestyle - 50 breaststroke medley - 50 freestyle freestyle Afternoon : finals Pools opens at 2:30 P.M Competition starts at 4:00 P.M 400 freestyle butterfly backstroke breaststroke medley - 50 backstroke 100 freestyle freestyle Swimming teams award ceremony GENERAL RULES This meeting follows the technical rules of the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN) to participate at this meeting swimmers have to be licensed by F.I.N. for the current season and in case of foreign teams to a National Federation F.I.N.A. member. The swimmers belonging to RAGAZZI ; JUNIORES, ASSOLUTI may compete in a max of 6 events overall and no more than 2 events per session. No additional entries, substitutions and/or changes are allowed during the competition.

3 The classification of the swimming teams will be obtained adding the best score of the best 15 individual performances according to F.I.N. scoring criteria. PRIZES The first four classified athletes in individual competitions in different age groups (Ragazzi, Juniores, Assoluti) The first 3 swimming teams classified with a trophy. Money prizes for The best individual performances regardless age for men and women with 1000,00 and winners will be given Head technical equipment The best individual performances Juniores and Ragazzi for men and women with Head technical equipment. 5 BOOKING CONDITIONS You are kindly requested to book your hotel directly with the Organizing Committee as follows: To confirm your reservation, please return the preliminary booking form within the 8th May The reservation will be confirmed officially only after the reception of the duly signed and stamped form and payment receipt of the 50% deposit of the total amount. The deadline to finalize the booking, to pay the balance and forward your final accommodation booking form will be on May 25th The payment must be done by bank transfer. Bank references will be given after your reservation from the O. C. at: Due to the limited number of single rooms, allocation of single will be decided and evaluated case by case according to the availability and to the size of your team. CANCELLATION FEE If cancelled up 10th May no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
