Dates of the General Assembly November 20 th and 21 st, A Colloquium will be organised in the afternoon of November 20 th, 2015 (all delegates can participate), and on November 21 st, 2015 in the afternoon a survey with regard to the candidature for the FIG Presidency in 2016 (participation limited to 2 persons per NF). 4 Transport Transport from Bratislava Airport as well as Bratislava Train and Bus Stations will be arranged free of charge. Transport from Vienna Airport will be arranged for 20,- Euro per person and per way. All federations have to send the following information to the NF SVK by : - the name of the federation - the flight number - date and time of arrival/departure - number of passengers - departure airport. Visa request Please contact the Slovak Gymnastics Federation by at the latest. Registration of the delegates Please send the names of your delegates and of the members of the UEG Authorities to the UEG Secretariat by means of the enclosed form by Please allow us to remind you of the following: Art of the UEG Statutes (extract) The Federations are entitled to participate with up to 3 delegates maximum (including a translator if needed). The members of the UEG Authorities are of course in addition to these three delegates. Art des Statutes UEG Additional delegates may attend as guests and will be accredited accordingly. Presentation of proposals All proposals and candidatures have to be addressed to the UEG Secretariat at least three months before the beginning of the General Assembly ( ). Proposals concerning the Statutes have to be addressed to the UEG Secretariat at least five months before the beginning of the General Assembly ( ). All proposals (EC/UEG - NF) will be published in the Congress brochure. Survey with regard to the candidatures for the FIG presidency Discussion on candidatures for the posts as FIG vice-president and EC member Following the results of the last FIG elections held in Cancun, the UEG had organised a meeting with the Presidents of its member federations during its 2013 Congress in Portorose as well as a meeting with the Working Group created to discuss a Survey in view of the next FIG elections in 2016.

5 As a result of these meetings, it is proposed to organise a survey with regard to the candidature for the FIG presidency; due to the importance to ensure a good European representation within the FIG Authorities, we propose to discuss also the candidatures for the posts of Vice-president and member EC/FIG. The Federations wishing to present candidates are invited to send the names by to the UEG secretariat. The form is attached. The list of all candidates will then be transmitted to all NF affiliated to the UEG.
