(Vsetín, CZ) a member of Czech Glass Society 4 Glass Forming Simulation Workshop (June 25, 2013) This workshop will focus on e application of forming simulation in various types of glass production. The main aim is to share information on state-of-e-art technology and its future trends. 5 ACCOMMODATION NOTICE TO CONTRIBUTORS Special rates have been obtained at two hotels located in Velke Karlovice: Hotel Horal Wellness Golf Country and Spa Hotel Lanterna. LECTURES & POSTERS Bo hotels are of high quality and include wellness facilities. Hotel Horal also offers ermal swimming pools, fitness center, and 9-hole golf course. Free shuttle service will be available between hotels. Please indicate your hotel preference, as well as check-in and check-out dates on your registration form. Rooms will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Bo hotels accept credit cards. Each attendee will receive hotel confirmation by e organizer when seminar registration is confirmed. Contributions will include invited lectures, regular lectures and posters. Contributors are asked to submit abstracts (approx. 200 words). Notification of acceptance of e papers or posters will be returned by . Oral presentations will be limited to 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Posters will be presented in a separate session. Papers in English only are limited to 10 pages including tables and figures. The deadline for submission of full texts to be published (in format required for publication) is May 31, Papers submitted after at date will be too late to be included in e Seminar Proceedings.
