2 Dear fans of historical vehicles, organizers of the Veteran Car Club Ostrava request the pleasure of your company to the participation in the prestige international competition of the historical cars Moravia Rallye 2013 The event will be situated in tourist attractive area of the North Moravia The Beskydy Mountains. The competition crews will pass not only mountain trips but we re also preparing rich accompanying programme in Ostrava or in other towns and villages at the Beskydy foothills. The center of whole event will be hotel Solan which is situated in attractive area with a spectacular view of the Javorniky Mountains (816 m above sea level). The hotel Solan offers great accommodation with beautiful wellness and spa. The amount of the deposit for 1 crew (2 members) is 600 euro. The deposit includes the accommodation for 4 nights, dinners, evening programme, refreshment during the route, entrance fees to castles and museums, music performances, parking fees for event and accompanying vehicles on a guarded car park, local fees and technical assistance and a vehicle rescue fo crank vehicles, promotional items. 4 RULES 1. Organizers Rallye is organized by the Veteran Car Club Ostrava Tichá 464/1, Ostrava-Svinov, Czech Republic 2. As a part of the route there are also sections of the skill drive and other specials tests. The event is organized under normal road traffic and therefore all the participants are obliged to keep the CZ rules of the road. 4. Participants The Rallye is advertised for the cars made until The participants vehicles are divided according to the vintage into the following categories: 1. Up to 1918 (ANCÊTRE + VETERAN) (VINTAGE) (POST VINTAGE) (CLASSIC) The organizers reserve the right of the choice of the vehicles registered, including making exceptions and if need be, merging categories except number one. The drivers must be authorized to drive their vehicles and the vehicle must be insured, must be in appropriate technical conditions, fitted with the registration number or eventually ZSPZ-TM. We recommend a two-member crew for the competition. Competition cars must be fitted with tables carrying the start number for the whole Rallye. The table must not cover the registration number and must be visible from the front, right-hand side.

5 5. Application forms 6. Participants registrations and check-in of the cars Send the application forms with colour photos of the vehicle per The registration of participants and cars will take place front the Hotel Soláň on Wednesday 28th August 2013 from 2, 00 p.m. till 7, 00 p.m. The application forms with the advance payment in the amount of 200, Euro can be sent till at the latest till 25th May The registration form takes effect only after the full amount of the deposit is paid. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration form without giving a reason. During the recruitment signing-on the identity of the addicted vehicle with the registered vehicle and its total technical condition will be verified. The vehicles can be fitted by the original speedometer only. There isn t available external Timer, GPS, mobile with GPS navigation. The accepted registration form will be confirmed at the latest till 25th June Refused candidates will get the advance payment at the latest till 15th July The whole amount of the MR2013 deposit must be paid at the latest till 18th July 2013 on the following banking account: Veteran Car Club Ostrava Led at ČSOB a.s., Na Příkopě 14, Praha 1, branch Ostrava IBAN: CZ BIC: CEKOCZPP The organizer reserves the right of additional technical checking any time during the event.
