9 How can a terminal improve the service of the supply chain? to provide rapid service (sufficient infrastructure and equipment, experienced staff, professional IT), to provide competitive prices, to offer one-stop-shopping for the clients, to build up reliable contact with partners (like railways, customs authorities, sub-contractors etc.).

10 Complex services at BILK Kombiterminál We offer complex services covering the whole process of the inland distribution. We are working with subcontractors and with our subsidiaries at the following services: road haulage (BILK-TRANS Ltd, 25% owned by BILK Kombiterminál), customs clearance (Vámkapu Co. Ltd., 50% owned by BILK Kombiterminál).

11 Possibility of developing service at our terminal launching new shuttle train services, increasing of transit traffic between East and West, operating as a hub, on-line connection between terminal and clients, offering complex services, taking over marshalling activity from incumbent railways.
