1 Sponsorship Opportunity Letter The Society of Women Environmental Professionals Capital Chapter s Tenth Annual Making Environmental Connections Conference is shaping up for. The Planning Committee would like to extend an invitation to all Central Pennsylvania businesses and organizations to become sponsors. The conference will be held at the. We have a variety of great speakers this year, including the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Previous Making Environmental Connections Conferences have been great successes, with well over 100 participants attending talks on a variety of environmental topics ranging from water to energy. As in previous years, the Making Environmental Connections Conference will bring together municipal officials, educators, scientists, technical experts, agencies, industry representatives, and students to forge networking opportunities for professionals and mentoring opportunities for students. Please consider our invitation to be an event sponsor for the Tenth Annual Making Environmental Connections Conference. Your sponsorship is integral for our organization to provide a reduced registration fee for student attendance, and to provide the funding for student scholarship awards in the environmental field as well as mentoring events throughout the year. 2 Event Sponsorship Opportunities/Benefits $750 Gold Sponsorship includes listing of logo in conference program; three conference registrations; exhibit space for your company/organization; support registration for eight students; sponsorship of one speaker s attendance, and $250 contribution for student scholarship and mentoring fund. $500 Silver Sponsorship includes listing of logo in conference program; two conference registrations; exhibit space for your company/organization; support registration for five students; sponsorship of one speaker s attendance, and $150 contribution for student scholarship and mentoring fund. $250 Bronze Sponsorship includes listing of logo in conference program; one conference registration; exhibit space for your company/organization; and support registration for four students. At this time, SWEP is also offering a Corporate Membership along with your Conference Sponsorship at a reduced fee of $100. Please see the Corporate Membership information for further details. This year, for your convenience, payment can be made via your Pay Pal account or credit card.
