5 Case Study WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL TRANSACTIONAL WEB > Westminster wished to provide exceptional online customer experience, and enable self-service across a large-range of services. > This provides both better service to customers, while driving significant financial efficiencies through reductions in telephone calls and face-to-face transactions. > During Discovery, extensive research with service professionals and customers was conducted, performance targets defined, and initial prototypes for six services created. Content strategy and information architecture were also defined.

Additional content was migrated from the existing website and a full programme of automated and manual testing run.
