5 14 73 days CONDITIONS RULES For a greater development with activities related to the basketball experience, all the players accompanying members of the team must respect the rules set out by the facilities and the hotel. In the case that these requirements are not met, WOSPAC will make a decision to exclude the person or team in question, of the WOSPAC Teams. WOSPAC also has the right to make any change necessary, always to benefit the organisation of the stage. INSURANCES Any participant in the WOSPAC Teams must have a valid insurance that covers accidents, illness, theft, or setbacks for all the members of team and those accompanying. WOSPAC is not responsible for any damage, injury or theft that may occur to any player or accompanying member during the course of the stage, whether it takes place within the sporting facilities or on the accommodation premises. PAYMENTS Teams participating in the WOSPAC Teams must pay a registration fee which is 60% of the total cost 2 months prior to the date of the stay. In the case that the teamstages gets cancelled, WOSPAC agrees to repay the amounts received to the date of cancellation, and the rest of the fee would not need to be paid. PÁGINA PAGE 25 2
