GROUN MOVEMENT SMR (Surface Movement radar) operative: hen RVR is less than 600m, FT movement on the manoeuvring area and on the aprons shall be in accordance with information and sequence provided by TR, following the indicated course. Follow-me assistance provided on pilot's request. FT separation shall be determined by means of reference points that assure longitudinal separation. This separation may be reduced, whenever the pilot declares, under his own responsibility, that the preceding FT is in sight and separation can be maintained. SMR (Surface Movement radar) inoperative: hen RVR is between 550m and 50m, FT movement on manoeuvring area and aprons, shall be in accordance with information and sequence provided by TR, following the indicated course. Follow-me assistance provided on pilot's request. FT separation shall be determined by means of not adiacent reference points on the same TY in order to achieve a greater separation. hen RVR measured on TZ point of one the RYs is below 50m, RY 5L only shall be used for landing and take-off. Only one FT at the time shall be allowed to taxi on the manoeuvring area and follow-me assistance shall be provided on pilot's request. Only one FT at the time shall be allowed to taxi on the aprons and follow-me car assistance is mandatory. No entry TYs E--B--B shall be protected by IO compliant physical barriers.... MOVEMENT FROM/TO PRON GS rriving traffic must vacate RY 5L via TY B or TY E and then proceed to GS viation apron via TY. Follow-me assistance mandatory to join GS apron TY. Follow-me assistance mandatory to reach TY intersection for FT departing from GS viation apron. Once on TY, FT movement must be in accordance with Tower instruction...4. ONTINGENIES Lost FT on the manoeuvring area: henever an FT reports being lost on the manoeuvring area and TR is not able to determine the FT position, all PT operations shall be immediately suspended. TR shall instruct all the taxiing FT to report and maintain position and will keep them informed of the lost FT last known/reported position. TY will instruct a follow-me to search for the lost FT, supplying all the available information, including lost FT last reported position and taxiing FT position on the manoeuvring area. Radio failure on the manoeuvring area: henever an FT experiences a radio failure on the manoeuvring area, shall operate as follows: - eparting FT: He shall continue taxiing, along the assigned route, to the clearance limit position, paying particular attention in avoiding any diversion; in this position, he shall wait for the follow-me to go back to his parking stand. - rriving FT: fter vacating RY and sensitive areas on the appropriate TY, he shall maintain position and wait for the follow-me assistance to reach the parking stand. The above applies in all cases, without exceptions, provided that all PT operations shall be suspended with SMR inoperative. State of emergency and/or accident: henever a state of emergency or accident occurs, Tower shall instruct all FT taxiing on the manoeuvring area to report and maintain their position. Tower shall give maximum priority and assistance to the rescue means, according to the PT Emergency Plan. Licensed to прап. FT EQUIPPE ITH MOE S TRNSPONER From either push-back or taxi request, whichever is earlier: - Enter through the FMS or transponder control panel: - Flight Identification as specified in item 7 of IO flight plan form; or - In the absence of Flight Identification, the FT Registration; - Select XPR or its equivalent depending on the specifications of the installed model; - Select UTO mode, if the function is available; - o not select the OFF or STN BY functions; - Set the Mode code assigned by T. fter landing until at a stand: - Select XPR or its equivalent depending on the specifications of the installed model; - Select UTO mode, if the function is available; - o not select the OFF or STN BY functions; - Maintain the Mode code assigned by T. On the movement area: - Select XPR or its equivalent depending on the specifications of the installed model; - Select UTO mode, if the function is available; - o not select the OFF or STN BY functions; - Set Mode code to FT NOT EQUIPPE ITH MOE S TRNSPONER OR ITH UNSERVIEBLE MOE S TRNSPONER eparting FT maintain Mode + transponder OFF until line-up. rriving FT set the Mode + transponder to OFF as soon as the RY is vacated. On the movement area maintain Mode + transponder OFF for all the duration of displacement RNING TS should be selected before entering the RY, after receiving line-up clearance and should be deselected after vacating the RY..5. RY OPERTIONS.5.. RY 7R/5L ROSSING PROEURES FT which are required to cross RY 7R/5L will be issued instructions which will include a taxi clearance limit, in which the FT will be required to hold short of the RY, by: - the Ground Movement ontroller, if taxiing out from the aprons. - the ir ontroller responsible for operations on RY 7L/5R, if landed on RY 7L/5R. hen approaching the clearance limit specified in the taxiing instructions, the FT will be instructed to change frequency to that of the ir ontroller responsible for operations on RY 7R/5L. fter crossing RY and having reported 'RY vacated' with the ir ontroller, the FT will be instucted to change frequency to that of the appropriate ontroller.

GENERL TY to be used for vacating RY 7L/5R or for departure RY 7L with aerodrome operative in T I. TY GS MX wingspan 78'/24m and must be used with follow-me assistance when proceeding to G apron. TY B to be used for vacating RY 7L/5R or for departures from start point RY 7L with aerodrome operative in T I (red lights off and TY centerline lights available); not to be used with aerodrome operative in T II/III (red lights on and TY centerline lights off) TY PREFERENTIL USE For the description of TY preferential use the following terms are employed: - "IN" to indicate the TY used to reach the apron. - "OUT" to inicate the TY used to leave the apron. pron est: - TY used as TY "IN". - pron TY K and apron TY Y used as TY "OUT". pron : - pron TY and B used as TY "IN". - pron TY used as TY "OUT". Heavy FT approaching RY 5R shall conduct the landing in order to clear the RY via TY E. Heavy FT approaching 5L shall conduct the landing in order to clear the RY via TY B, if directed to Terminal 2, or via TY E instead, if directed to Terminal. hen on TY it will be given initially 9 as clearance limit. In order to reduce acoustic pollution, heavy FT and M80 shall perform line-up and take-off from RY 5L using TY G or GE. TY B shall be used by landed FT proceeding pron TY S, T, U and V. TY, L and E shall be used by FT proceeding to pron TY N, P and R (holding at 7). FT coming from TY B will be given 0 as clearance limit. FT coming from TY E will be given 9 as clearance limit. Preferential use of pron TY with RY 5L/R in use: - pron TY N, P, R, S and V shall be used to enter the apron. - pron TY T and U shall be used to leave the apron. Preferential use of pron TY with RY 7L/R in use: - pron TY S, T, U and V shall be used to enter the apron. - pron TY N, P and R shall be used to leave the apron..7. PRKING INFORMTION Stands 08, 40 thru 4, 50 thru 5 and 60 thru 6 equipped with docking guidance system. On stands 0 thru 7, 02, 04, 07, 09, 2, 4, 7, 9, 92, 94, 40, 402, 404 thru 406, 408 thru 4, 50 thru 5, 60 thru 625 and 70 thru 78 push-back required. Holding bays/positions 794, 795, 90, GH, H7, K and Z available for self-manoeuvring FT with PT operating in T I and Y only. K available for FT with MX wingspan of 2'/65m. Z available for FT with MX wingspan of 8'/6m. 90 and GH used for engine test. 2. RRIVL 2.. SPEE RESTRITIONS Unless otherwise instructed by T pilots must comply with following speed control: KT at or below FL250 within area defined by following points: GEN-PI-ORI-MRO-BESI-NNE-OIN-KSU-PIMOT-TOP-LGEN-GEN KT at or below FL KT at VERE/RIGON points or at 20NM from TZ on straight-in approach RY 5L/R KT at 9NM from TZ KT at 5NM from TZ T II/III OPERTIONS RY 5L and 5R approved for T II/III operations; special aircrew and FT certification required. 2.. RY OPERTIONS 2... GENERL Landing RY 7R/5L will be granted on specific request MINIMUM RY OUPNY Landing FT on RY 5R are requested to vacate the RY not after intersection E as fast as practicable. FT unable to comply must advise Tower at the first contact. Landing heavy FT on RY 5L should perform their landing in order to vacate the RY via TY B or E, or when landed on RY 5R via TY E.

This procedure may be applied only during daylight provided that: - the RY is dry and free of any kind of precipitation, - the second FT has been informed and is able to see the first FT, continually, until it has vacated the runway. hen applying Land fter Procedure, T will not issue a landing clearance. T will give to the second FT the instruction to land after the preceding FT using the following phraseology: "(LL SIGN) Land fter (FT TYPE) landing on RY 5R." Responsibility for ensuring adequate separation between the two FT rests with the pilot of the second FT including respect of prescribed wake turbulence separation. Licensed to прап. RRIVL PRLLEL ILS PPROHES TO RY 5L N 5R ONITIONS ependent parallel approaches may be conducted to parallel RYs provided that: - Radar service is operative, - ILS equipment is operative on both RYs and the FT are making ILS approaches, - FT are advised that approaches are in use to both RYs; this information may be provided through the TIS SEPRTION minimum of 000' vertical separation or a minimum of 5NM radar separation will be provided between FT during turn-on to parallel LO courses. The minimum radar separation between FT established on a LO course will be: - NM between FT on the same LO course (with additional longitudinal separation as required for wake turbulence). - NM between successive FT on adjacent localizer course. Radar service will terminate when one of the following occurs: - Visual separation occurs. - The FT reports the approach lights or RY in sight. - The FT has been instructed to contact Tower.. EPRTURE.. E-IING e-icing/e-snowing takes place at following e-icing reas: rea : Position 794, 795 and K (MX T E), Z (MX T ). rea 2: Position 79 thru 79 (MX T ). rea : Position 202 (MX T E), 20, 20 (MX T ). e-icing Operation H24. Minimum standard taxi-time may increase in accordance to weather condition. Responsibilities: ll e-icing/e-snowing operations are under O/Pilot in ommand responsibility. Procedures: O/Pilots of FT shall put request to e-icing provider through ramp agent attending the flight. Pilot at Start-up will report to Tower to have agreed upon previously e-icing operations. For rea (Main rea) expect Tower instructions to Y or K2 holding positions. fter that, taxiing to e-icing reas with follow-me car. Marshaller will guide FT to e-icing positions. Pilot in ommand shall report to Tower 'Ready to move' only after ground e-icing procedures have been completed. FT engines status during operation: Twin-engine FT: Both on idle power Three-engine FT: Tail out, external idle power. Four-engine FT: External out, internal idle power. Prop FT: Propellers should be stopped.

PRON MNGEMENT Preflight data, T- and start-up clearance will be issued on elivery. Pilots must require taxi clearance on appropriate apron frequency. Pilots shall request start-up clearance 5 min before ready to start engines, handling operations completed. Further information concerning apron service could be provided on TIS TXI ROUTINE RY 5L coming from apron est via: - TY Y - TY G for FT parked at stands 609 thru 6, 62 thru 625 or 70 thru TY K - TY B for medium/light FT parked at the remaining stands of apron est. - TY K - TY G for heavy FT. - TY U - TY - TY B or TY - TY G. RY 5R coming from apron est via: - TY /K - TY Z - TY H - TY Y - TY H - TY U - TY F (hold short of RY 5L). - TY K - TY G or TY Y - TY G (hold short of RY 5L). RY 5L coming from apron via: - TY - TY GE. RY 5R coming from apron via: - TY - TY. RY 7R coming from apron est via: - pron TY N, P and R then TY then TY E or TY B. EPRTURE IRPORT.BRIEFING The alternate RY usage scheme may not be applied: - if required for safety reasons (i.e. operational or meteorological conditions); - between 090-0LT and LT; these two hour periods may be shifted, if required by the peak-traffic forecast and, if necessary, a tolerance of +/- 5 minutes is allowed at beginning and end; - a third one hour period of flexibility may be used to cope with the peak of traffic that could affect the regularity of PT operations; the use of this period will be limited to a maximum of 00 Ys per year. ue to daily periodic inspections RY 7/5 are closed at certain times. Expect short time alterations due to traffic congestion. uring take-off climb, standard noise abatement procedures established by operators in compliance with manufacturer technical documentation must be applied. uring the initial climb phase, pilots shall maintain the following parameters: a) up to 500' QFE - take-off power; - take-off flap; - climb at V 2 + 0/20 KT or as limited by body angle; b) at 500' QFE - reduce thrust and climb at V 2 0/20 KT until reaching c) at QFE - accelerate smoothly to enroute climb speed with flap retraction..5. RUNY OPERTIONS.5.. MINIMUM RY OUPNY eparting FT shall comply with T clearance to line-up without any delay and line-up manoeuvre shall start immediately after the preceding departing FT has initiated the take-off run. s far as possible pre-flight checks shall be completed before line-up. ny other checks following line-up shall be carried out as quickly as possible. Take-off run shall start immediately after take-off clearance. Prior to line-up, pilots must inform Tower if unable to comply with above minimum RY occupancy criteria..6. OTHER INFORMTION To reduce communication load, take-off time will not be given unless upon pilot 's request. Similarly, whenever such a situation should arise during flight, advise T immediately and maintain minimum operational speed acceptable..4. NOISE BTEMENT PROEURES.4.. RUNY USGE uring trial period the following alternate RY usage scheme for take-offs will be in force: - First Y: - between LT: RY 5L; - between 00-80LT: RY 5R; - between 80-20LT: RY 5L. - Second Y: - between LT: RY 5R; - between 00-80LT: RY 5L; - between 80-20LT: RY 5R. - Third Y: usage as for the first Y. - Fourth Y: usage as for the second Y, and so on. tolerance of +/- 5 minutes is allowed to the established time for RY change.
