1 What Being The Best Catering Company Means To Us Chef Ira started PartyChef.ca to be Vancouver s premier boutique catering company with the intention of being the best. For Chef Ira and his excellent team, being the best means going that extra step to make sure each and every event is spectacular and memorable for the hosts and their guests. Being the best means that we do not compromise on food freshness or quality. Being the best means that we design a menu particular to our client s preferred tastes and dietary restrictions. Being the best also means helping our clients with what we think will work best based on the venue, agenda and time of year based on our wealth of experience. For us, being the best is also being socially conscious looking for local and sustainable naturally grown or wild produce and using recyclable kitchen and party products. Based upon our valued clients choices we have put together eight sample menus to help plan and design your party. These are just samples of things we typically can prepare for a buffet style dinner and do not include appetizers although they are easy enough to add-on as are additional dinner choices or desserts. Our goal in being the best was also to be accessible to everyone so we work very closely with our clients to maximize the party experience within their budgetary constraints.
