For Chef Ira and his excellent team, being the best means going that extra step to make sure each and every event is spectacular and memorable for the hosts and their guests. Based upon our valued clients choices we have put together eight sample menus to help plan and design your party. These are just samples of things we typically can prepare for a buffet style dinner and do not include appetizers although they are easy enough to add-on as are additional dinner choices or desserts.
