2 Conference/Meeting Room ROOM HIRE Seating Layout U shape 20 people Conference 20 people Theatre Style 35 people Hire charges 20 per hour Per 4 hours (9am-1pm) (1-5pm) (6-10pm) 75 per half day (7 hrs) 9-4pm (extra time 15 per hr) 100 per full day The following equipment is included in the room charge Digital projector Overhead projector Flip chart Interactive Whiteboard TV/Video/DVD player Refreshments are supplied on arrival and throughout the day. These are included in the room charge. A buffet lunch is also available on request, price from 6.25 per delegate. IT Suite Seating capacity 15 people (Points available for additional laptops) Hire charges 20 per hour Per 4 hours (9am-12noon) (1-5pm) (6-10pm) 75 per half day (7 hrs.) 9-4pm (extra time 15 per hr.) 100 per full day Room hire includes 15 networked PCs (Office ) Networked colour printer and B/W printer (check costs for printing) Laptop, projector and screen for demonstration purposes Refreshments as above We specialise in IT training courses to suit all levels of experience and ability. 3 CONDITIONS OF HIRE 1) The Centre is available for hire from 8.30am to 10pm, Monday to Friday. 2) The hire costs are detailed overleaf. 3) Bookings can also be taken for weekends although this may incur additional costs. 4) Speakers/presenters are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event to familiarise themselves with the equipment and to check hospitality arrangements. 5) Notification of cancellation of bookings should be made as soon as possible. 20 minimum cancellation fee. If adequate notice is not given, full costs will be invoiced. 6) The Centre does not accept responsibility for theft from or damage to parked vehicles. 7) All users should be aware of the Health and Safety arrangements for the Centre, particularly in relation to Fire and Accidents. Copies of the Health and Safety Policy are available from the Centre Manager. 8) The Centre does not accept liability for the loss of property. 9) Should any damage be incurred to the building, furniture or equipment, the Centre reserves the right to charge for the cost of the damage. Any such instances should be reported to Catherine Herd, Centre Manager, or to Ray Creer, Janitor. 4 Directions to Kingmoor Community and Business Centre From the South/Carlisle At Hardwick Circus roundabout take the turning North A7 going over the Eden Bridge, continue along the A7 approx 1 mile heading towards the Motorway. Continue, passing Morrisons and the Gosling Bridge Hotel, on your right. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Lowry Hill Estate. Take the third left onto Liddle Close. We are situated at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, within Kingmoor Junior School grounds. Limited parking spaces are available within the car park, but considerate parking is allowed on Liddle Close. (Please allow access to properties). New Bypass follow route to junction 44 M6 then follow directions to Centre from the north. Map taken from Google Maps. You will come to a set of traffic lights with Comet, McDonalds etc on your right. Go straight ahead. Continue through the next set off lights (Coach and Horses Pub will be on your left) At the next set of lights, turn right on to Lowry Hill Estate. Take the third left onto Liddle Close.
