2 General conditions of sale of a camping pitch reservation Article 1 : In the case of cancelling the contract, the deposit is not refundable. Article 2 : All rents are nominative and no-transferable ; and cannot be ceded or sub-let. Article 3 : Any person not registered on the contract will be considered as a supplementary person and must pay the balance of any excess charge. Article 4 : The rent contract stipulates precise dates of arrival and departure which must be respected. Article 5 : The rent contract commits the reserving party to pay the totality of the holiday even if partially or totally absent. Article 6 : The balance of the holiday fees is due on arrival. Article 7 : Deposits, holiday fees and balances can be paid in cash, by cheque, bank card or holiday cheques. Article 8 : Camp fires are strictly forbidden on pitches. Article 9 : Cats and dogs (except dogs of category 1 & 2 which are forbidden) are welcome, on a lead. They must not climb onto or spend time on beds or seating, nor roam freely in the campsite. Valid health papers showing up to date vaccinations must be presented on arrival. Article 10 : Each reserving party commits itself to respect the internal rules and procedures posted at the campsite reception (visible on our web site) ; under penalty of termination of contract by the management, with no refund possible.

4 General conditions of sale of a seasonal rent contract Article 1 : Mobile home rent will be effective after the reception of the present contract duly filled in, which will be confirmed to you by return of post. Article 2 : In the case of cancelling the contract, the deposit is not refundable.. Article 3 : All rents are nominative and non-transferable ; and cannot be ceded or sub-let. Article 4 : Any person not registered on the contract will be considered as a supplementary person and must pay the balance of any excess charge. Article 5 : The reserving party must supply a valid public liability insurance certificate covering holiday rent risks. Article 6 : The rent contract stipulates precise dates of arrival and departure which must be respected. Article 7 : The rent contract commits the reserving party to pay the totality of the holiday even if partially or totally absent. Article 8 : The balance of the holiday fees is due on arrival. Article 9 : A deposit of 400 is to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded after an exit inventory at the end of the holiday, minus any value for missing or broken objects, deterioration or cleaning not carried out. Article 10 : Deposits, holiday fees and balances can be paid in cash, by cheque, bankers card or holiday cheques. Article 11 : All our mobile homes are equipped with crockery, refrigerator, cooking hobs and garden furniture. Blankets and pillows are supplied.
