From 132 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft of office space, The Nucleus accommodates micro-businesses and enterprises with anything from 1 to 25 employees. The building is climate-controlled and has high speed broadband and telephone access. A thriving incubator space Like all Oxford Innovation centres, The Nucleus is very customer focused, providing new and next-step companies with a sustainably priced, bespoke product. But it goes far beyond that by also offering support and advice to help your business achieve its strategic goals. And this help is available to you at no charge. The meeting rooms all have natural daylight, WiFi and presentation equipment, and between them can accommodate 6 to 50 attendees. In keeping with our ethos of creating a friendly but productive working environment, the Pod comprises five standalone workstations in a spacious open plan office. Communal enough to be companionable, the layout ensures it s quiet enough to let you concentrate. Customers using the Pod get a handset and a standard internet connection for the first six months of occupation. Being at The Nucleus also gives you access to various free networking events on site, giving you the opportunity to promote your services in a professional and supportive environment. If your business develops to the point where you need additional room, the bespoke approach offered by the business centre enables you to simply expand into more space, saving you the expense and trouble of moving. By Fastrack Bus The Bridge is a short Fastrack bus or taxi ride from Dartford Station. To get train times call The Nucleus is on the Fastrack bus transport system that runs through Dartford and Gravesham and provides connections with various railway stations including Ebbsfleet International.
