14 Frequently Asked Questions: How does Automotive achieve these results regardless of the dealer franchise or location and regardless of the prior vendor? Watch this short video to see/hear how (4min 55 seconds)... Can we use that video to help schedule webinars with new dealers? Yes, of course. We also provide scripts that work and other professional looking sales collateral. What is the dealer cost? Typically the dealer saves $1000-$5000/mo in their overall digital marketing budget because Automotive replaces so many vendors including the website vendor (and then gives the dealer unlimited graphics, unlimited websites, micro sites and landing pages including service website, Spanish website on Google Latino, special finance websites, military websites, and more). Automotive also replaces the SEO vendor, SEM/Social Media vendor, 24/7 Live Chat vendor, Hook product vendor ($25 gift card for example), inventory management software vendor - unless the dealer wants to keep those other vendor relationships (they can if they want, or they can save those costs if they want), and provides the dealership with so many FREE organic leads (highest closing ratio lead there is) dealers can cut back on other advertising costs as well. Dealers can also reduce or eliminate their third party digital lead vendors (cars.com, autotrader.com, etc.), direct mail costs, and more. So it costs the dealer nothing to do business with in most cases. To get started with the dealer simply pays: $1499 set up fee and the monthly fee thereafter is $3000/mo one year contract. (These are the terms as a rule. There are discounts for dealer groups and independent dealers pay $1500-2,000/mo depending on their package). What is the compensation level? A full-time sales professional should earn well into six figures the first year, and twice as much the second by setting up appointments for 25 minute webinar presentations with owners, gm s and other corporate decision makers. The webinars will be delivered by FZ executives until the sales professional is comfortable doing on their own. How many sales should I expect the company to be helping me close a week? It takes about 15 days for the entire sales process to run its course and receive signed contracts and payment on average. So after the first two weeks of presentations and filling your calendar with webinars for the company to make for you, you should expect the company to be closing a rooftop per day on average (5/week which could be one small dealer group for example) by doing approximately
15 2.3 webinars a day on average. The average deal takes approximately 2.5 webinars to close out completely by getting all decision makers involved and up to speed on their options. How often am I paid? Weekly. Dealers pay their invoice once a month. Commissions are processed each week as funds are received. What is the company website address and information available to dealers? Can dealers have exclusive territories? We want our dealers to have a competitive advantage, and they do with these tools. So we let them name up to 3 of their closest competitors and lock them out for the first year while we help our client take their digital market share. How many salespeople does the company intend to have? We intend to have 1 salesperson for every accounts depending upon the salesperson. What do I need to do in order to continue to earn a residual? Is there a minimum monthly sales quota? In order to continue to earn the residual, the only requirement is to document an ongoing relationship with the key players within the dealership account in the CRM (twice a month). There is no minimum monthly sales quota. Once you hit your number you can stop selling new accounts. You control your income and schedule. We just don t allow a salesperson to make a sale and then get paid to abandon the dealer. Automotive will service the account and the product and call the dealer monthly to ensure the dealer is happy and/or strategize each month how and where to take more digital market share. The servicing requirement of the salesperson to earn ongoing residuals that is required is separate from what the company does and is all about being a true friend and ensuring a personal relationship is established and nurtured with the key players (owner, gm, gsm, digital champion of the store). How do I get my leads and what is my market area? The company distributes all leads it gets to the sales team. More than 80% of the sales made by new salespeople now are generated from their outbound efforts. The company provides marketing materials, processes, strategies, and CRM licenses to manage a book of business. Salespeople begin with their own relationships and contacts. Those existing relationships are loaded into the company provided CRM to provide account protection and confirm another salesperson has not already started a sales cycle with that rooftop. We encourage relationship selling so one sale may take a salesperson to other cities and states (nearly all presentations are done via webinar) to sell other
16 rooftops in a dealer group or sell a referral from a recently sold dealer. Salespeople also tend to market to dealers in their geographic area following the same procedure (identify the dealer prospect, load into the CRM to confirm available and establish account protection, then begin the sales process via the CRM). What if the dealer is in the middle of a contract with a less desirable digital vendor(s)? Depending on the situation we may buy out the contract for the dealer so they can switch now. What if the dealer cannot/will not switch to Automotive now? Can we help them with anything else? Yes! FastPRICE and fastring can be sold to any dealer and put on any dealer website. FastPRICE typically increases the lead conversion rate of any website by %. FastRING increases the connectivity rate of lead forms from 20% to 85%+.
