1 The 20/20 Club Training Manual The purpose of this manual is to help each 20 Club Member in Profit Leads to build their business. Below I will go over how to contact Business Opportunity Seekers and Network Marketers. This will include: - Sample phone scripts for both Live answers and Voice Mails - What to say when they answer and how to book an appointment. - What to say on a voice mail and how to get them to call you. - What follow up to send. Basically, how to contact, follow up and close both Business Opportunity Seekers and Active Networkers. And, let s include your own MLM contacts in the same category as Active Network Marketers. Also, if you paid the one-time fee for 100, 500 or 1,000 leads a month and you want to split your leads between the two categories or want to switch them at anytime, please me at: Also, to arrange a 3-way call simple text me at: (405) Tell me the time you would want to do the call and I will text you back. To streamline this please do not me or leave me a voice mail. I get over 500 s a day and 50 voice mails a day and your request will get lost in those. So, texting me is the best way to get me to do calls with you 7 days a week!

2 Here is your goal a Group of 20, or what is also called a 20-Club as quickly as possible. If you put in one a week and those four duplicate, you can be making $780 a month in just 8 weeks. If you put in one a month and those four duplicate you can be making $780 a month in 8 months something that over 90% of all Networkers NEVER make their entire lifetime! Assuming all 20 are on just 100 leads at $99.95 a month. If they buy more leads than that, you ll earn more than $780. With Profit Leads you get paid more money with less members! We calculate your commissions on 100% of the wholesale price! percentage of what you pay, but the full amount! Not a BREAK EVEN INCOME 2 x $100 = $200 x 15% = $ x $100 = $400 x 40% = $ Total: $ $ = $ a month $190 X 12 MONTHS = $2,280 A YEAR PART TIME INCOME 4 x $100 = $400 x 15% = $ x $100 = $1600 x 40% = $ Total: $ $ = $ a month $700 X 12 MONTHS = $8,400 A YEAR! QUIT YOUR JOB INCOME 20 x $100 = $2000 x 15% = $ x $100 = $8000 x 40% = $3, Total: $ $3, = $3, a month $3,500 X 12 MONTHS = $42,000 A YEAR! LIVE LIKE A KING OR QUEEN INCOME 36 x $100 = $3600 x 15% = $ x $100 = $21,600 x 40% = $8, Total: $ $8, = $9, a month $9,180 X 12 MONTHS = $110,160 A YEAR! And, the above examples are calculating your income with just a Group of 20 paid members at our entry level of 100 leads a month!

3 This is the same pay plan and business model Profit Leads started with in May of We will be 14 years old on May 1 st of We have never changed the pay plan and we never plan to. The 15/45 pay plan allows you to earn 60% FAST. In Richard Poe s book, on page 223 he has this to say: This reality of all Network Marketer s hits home when you discover that it takes 1,000 members at $100 each to earn $5,000 a month in a program! That s based on my knowledge in consulting over the years with CEO s and top reps that they make an average residual income of 5% of their overall group volume. That excludes fast starts, coding bonuses and other bonus pool money. This is not an indictment of the so-called 5% program in Network Marketing. It s quite the opposite. Here s why In order for you to have a secure residual income would you rather have 100 people earning you $5,000 a month or 1,000 people? Of course, you spread out your exposure by having an income with 1,000 people. In that case, 100 could drop out and your entire income could either stay the same or just drop a few hundred dollars. But, in the 100 scenario, your risk is not spread out among enough people. So, with Profit Leads paying 60% out over the first two levels you get the best of both worlds when you use it in conjunction with your Primary program.

4 Profit Leads = Upfront money and leads you need to build. Primary Program = Long term residual income and security. This is what I call the one-two punch of marketing your Network Marketing business. - Profit Leads - Your Primary Program When someone joins your primary program, get them into Profit Leads. When someone says NO to your primary program because they joined another program, get them into Profit Leads. I ve made more money off people telling me NO than anyone I know of in my year career! I ve been doing this for almost 14 years now. The formula works. The business concept is tested and is sound. Being able to earn two checks from the same person, month in and month out, for the rest of your life is one of the keys to the long term success of Profit Leads. Now, if you want to make Profit Leads your Primary Program, just like I have, then you can do that too. Here s how I do that. 1) I call 50 to 100 business opportunity seekers a day, Monday thru Friday. 2) I call 50 to 100 active Network Marketer s a day, Monday thru Friday. The business opportunity seekers are what I call Rookies, and the Active Network Marketer s are what I call Veterans. When I m calling business opportunity seekers I approach them as becoming a List Broker for Profit Leads. I sell the Network Marketing names to contact and they sell them business opportunity names. When I m calling active network marketers, I approach them with a what are you and your team doing for leads and training? I mention area code leads for those that hold meetings. I mention weight loss leads for those in a health and wellness business. I mention telephone interviewed leads for those who have little time and maybe have called leads in the past with little or no success. See how I handle each category? Ultimately, I look at prospecting like a fork in the road.

5 You can choose to go left, or you could go right. The concept is simple. I will at times ask a prospect this question: So, John, have you found a business already or are you still looking? I call that the fork in the road script. If they found a business they are already heavily invested into it financially and emotionally. Don t try and talk them out of it. Instead, praise them for finding a company and get them to your Profit Leads website. If they are still looking, get them to your primary business website. I don t know who I m talking to unless I ask and listen. Every day you can hear me saying these phrases: What are you and your team doing for leads and training? Do you have $9.95 to try our leads for 30 days? Would you like to know how to get 100 free leads every month? Have you found a business, or are you still looking? Can you watch a 4-minute video to see if we have a fit or a match? I m sorting and filtering. I get tons of NO S every day. I expect them! So, should you so you re not blown out of the water the first day or week or even month you start calling. I know that for every 10 appointments I set, that 6-7 will show up and I will sign up 1-2. That s my formula and here s exactly what I say to get those appointments!

6 How to Contact Business Opportunity Leads With all these scripts and s be sure to read them out loud. Then, edit or adjust them to your own voice and your own personality. These are my very own scripts and s, so they fit my personality and you could wake up at 2am in the morning and I could quote them word for word! That s the same thing you want to do so if these don t feel right then adjust them until they do. Phone Script Live Answer Hi is this John? (Yes it is). Hi John, my name is Robert Blackman calling you from Norman, Oklahoma. You and I have never met, but you recently visited one of my websites looking for free information about our business opportunity. The purpose of my call is just to verify your address and send you a quick video that explains more about our program. Are you at (read their )? Great, be looking for an from me, Robert Blackman and the subject line will read: John, we just spoke on the phone. Also, before I let you go, I d like to set up a time to follow up with you to answer any of your questions and see if what we have is what you re looking for. When could you watch this four minute video? Never, and I ll repeat NEVER get off the phone with a prospect without setting another appointment with them. Never. If they refuse to give you a time or they won t commit to a time then say: Would it be okay to call you back tomorrow about this same time? Since they were available at 7pm at tonight, for instance, it makes sense that s a good time to try them again. If you call them back and they don t answer just send them this Subject: John, sorry I missed you! Hi John, This is Robert Blackman, we spoke on the phone yesterday. I sent you this link to get more information on our program. (Insert your link here). I m interviewing many other people, so if you re still interested give me a call at my number before, or a quick reply via on a good time to try and chat again. Sincerely, Robert Blackman

7 I m a head hunter. That s how I posture myself. Case in point. If a head hunter for your particular field that you re currently working in or used to work in called and said the following: Hi John, we are holding interviews down at the Hilton on main street Saturday morning at 9am. Bring your resume and wear a suit and tie if you d like to hear more about our opportunity. Now, if you didn t show up, does the head hunter call you back? No. They don t. They don t care if you show up or not. Why don t they? Because you weren t the only person in your home town they called, were you? They called hundreds, knowing that many won t show up. And, those that do show up get the interview and a select few get the job. That s how I treat prospecting. I don t get emotional. It s business! 8 Call, set appointment, send and call back to close. That s the system. I know that for every 10 appointments I set, that 6-7 will show up and I will sign up 1-2. Don t be afraid to take their order over the phone! Don t wait on them to order online most won t! Phone Script Voice Mail Hi I m calling for John, my name is Robert Blackman from Norman, Oklahoma. You and I have never met, but you recently visited one of my websites looking for free information about our business opportunity. The purpose of my call is to let you know I ve received your request for more information and I ll be ing you a video to watch. I ve got your at: (read their out loud). Be looking for an from me today that says: John, I just left you a voice mail. Watch the video, write down any questions that you have and you can either me back or call me. My phone number will be in the . If I don t hear from you, I ll call you tomorrow to just follow up to see if we have a fit or a match. Have a great day! Again, if you came home from work and a head hunter left you a message would you call them back? Would you open the and watch the video? Of course YOU would. So, you are looking for people like you, right? Don t chase people. Be professional. Do what you say you are going to do. Leave a voice mail. Send the . Follow up tomorrow to see if they got the voice and to answer any questions. When you call them back and they do answer the phone say this: Hi John, this is Robert Blackman, I left you a voice mail yesterday and sent you an to your Gmail account (or yahoo account or whatever provider they are using). Did you receive that? (If yes, say). Did you watch the video? (If yes, say). Great, what kind of questions do you have? (If they have questions, answer them. If they don t have questions, say). Did you see that you can make $780 a month with just 20 people and that you can start for as little as $9.95? Are you ready to get started today? (If yes, sign them up over the phone. If no, say) Do you know of anyone John that would be interested in making an extra $780 to $3,900 a month? (If yes, get a referral. If no, say thank you and hang up. If they say ME, then restart by saying) When is a good time to get started John? This is a $9.95 to $99.95 decision. So, don t spend a lot of time trying to convince people. Refer back to the that has the Commission Calculator in it. Tell them see how much money they can make with so few people. Peak their interest. Don t strong arm.

9 When you call them back and they don t answer the phone say this: Hi John, this is Robert Blackman, I left you a voice mail yesterday and sent you an to your Gmail account (or yahoo account or whatever provider they are using). If you get a voice mail let them know for them to call you. Don t call back. Don t chase. You need to call the next lead.

10 How to Contact Active Network Marketers When calling Network Marketers from Profit Leads you will have their phone number, the company they are with and most often their website and/or their . Also, please don t forget your own rolodex of Networkers. - Your Current & Former upline, crossline and downline. - Your Face book friends. - Your Twitter friends. - Your Instagram friends. - Your Pinterest friends. - Your LinkedIn friends. That is your WARM MARKET within the Network Marketing Profession! Remember some important rules. 1) Most won t be active anymore in their program, nor have they made a profit. 2) Some will get excited thinking you are calling to join with them. Be sure you are clear and to the point. 3) They already know what pay plans are and how the profession works. It s important to find out who they are when calling and feel them out. Are they still active? Are they looking for a new program? Do they have a small, medium or large team who could be buying leads from you? My biggest groups in Profit Leads came by networking with other people who are already in a program and plugging them into what I do. Most leaders checks have stalled. Their group volume is slowly dying and their checks are slowly going down. Most are very excited about a way to get their team off their rears and to work. This is exactly why we developed the 30-Day Trial for just $9.95. Leaders will be open to offering this as it won t hurt their group. Everyone has $9.95 and it s worth the test to them.

The $9.95 is the bait on the hook for them. Why? Because many of the have run their own Pay Per Click or Facebook ads and failed miserably.
