1 2015 COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

2 Typical Client Campaigns Independent Client Consulting: We offer consulting services to local, regional and national clients. If you choose to offer any independent consulting through 4LM, those services usually have a 100% profit margin and billed at $50 $150 per hour. Our standard consulting package is recommended at 2 3 hours per week (10 hours per month). This consulting service is offered as an Advertising Business Consultant. The ongoing client fees include your time doing research, client evaluation and providing recommended vendor media services. The 4LM billing services require a 10% admin expense on the Gross billing revenue. Example: $1,500 client payment, $150 4LM Fee = $1,350 Net Profit (per month) Vendor Campaigns: Specific vendor campaigns have fixed expenses to each campaign. Our vendor partners give us a set commission usually between 20% 40% depending on the product or service. The benefit from these campaigns is the vendor does all of the heavy lifting. You book the order, the vendor builds, manages and provides a detailed client recap to YOU. Then you provide the recap and campaign details to your client and YOU look like the HERO! Cloud Engage 50%, Zeppo Marketing 20%, Local Yokel Media 20%, Cloud One 15%, Digital Aptitude 20%, Vision Branding Systems 30%, TextUps 30%, MarketReach SEO 30%, Odds On Promotions 15%. Vendor pays 4LM the broker commission, then 4LM pays out to the Media Broker (You)! Example: $5,000 client order at 30% = $1,500 Net Profit (per month) Local Business Agency Discount: There are numerous local businesses that book and purchase their current media buy as a Direct client to the broadcaster or media company. 4LM allows your client, the local business to retain YOU and 4 Local Media as the agency of record. That means your client can take a 15% discount on their current media buy. Example: Bob s Furniture buys $8,000 in advertising from 1300am KRLM per month. Now with YOU and 4LM as his agency, he saves $1,200 per month. You charge a 30% commission on the client savings! Client saves $840 (NET), now you can provide other digital media solutions! $360 Net Profit (per month) Custom Solutions: Custom solutions have a 20% 40% profit margin based on the vendor expenses associated with each campaign. Custom Solutions are designed for our core four verticals (Automotive, Financial, Medical, Home Services). Campaign profit margins are based on the ad budget that you set with your client. Example: $5,000 monthly campaign investment, $2,500 placed ads plus $500 build out = $2,000 Net Profit (per month)

3 MEDIA BROKER POSITION COMPENSATION 80% broker commission on client advertising campaigns (Net Profits) 10% broker commission on referral team sales (Residual for Life) 5% product program (Unique Product Royalty Incentive) Product Sales: paid weekly within 2 3 business days of receiving check Referral team override bonus paid within 2 3 business days of receiving check TRAINING & SUPPORT CMS: Complete Marketing System (on boarding training program) CRM LEAD Generator (Custom CRM solution just for your business) Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday & Thursday), designed to help you generate more sales and build a massive book of business selling digital solutions Sales Material: Presentations, Techniques, Scripts, Leads, Referrals 200+ hours of Video, Audio and Printed sales & product material 1on1 coaching by founders and leadership team Support and training by product experts

4 Broker Details National Media Broker: Excellent position for business professionals looking to replace a significant six figure income. Our Media Broker position pays out 80% broker commissions, plus referral bonuses and product overrides. This position can begin getting PAID in your first week depending on clients and referral sales. There are NO protected territories or markets, however your clients will be protected and never contacted by anyone. 4 Local Media provides a personal support team (accounting, invoicing, billing), graphic design, programming services. Your accounts are yours for the life of the client, you OWN them! Leadership Training: Our Media Broker position is great for the person who isn t 100% sure if digital media sales is the right industry. The on boarding training will guide you through our proven step by step process to start making sales in your first week! If you need additional training and support, we offer a complete education and training system CMS (Complete Marketing System) with hundreds of hours of audio, video and printed sales material. We also provide a CRM LEAD GENERATOR tool for prospecting and building a book of clients. Referral Program: All Media Brokers can make a 10% referral override on ALL sales from any Media Broker who you refer into the 4 Local Media network. There are no limits on the amount of affiliate Media Brokers you can have on your sales team. Example: 10 Media Brokers each generating $5,000 in Net Profits is $50,000 (10% override = $5,000). This is paid every month (residual) for the LIFE OF THE CLIENTS! All Media Brokers MUST be approved by the founders. Collections & Pay Dates: Unique to the advertising industry, 4 Local Media pays you as soon as we receive the clients check or broker commission from the vendor. Our admin team has been instructed that broker commissions are their number one priority. So far to date, we have paid out every commission check within 2 days! Product or client sales commissions are paid to you within 3 5 days.

We also include a custom 90 Day Plan with our President (Damon Balch), where together you will build a specific plan to ensure your reach your income goals. Income Projections: Media Brokers (Client Sales) Success in sales in the advertising industry is based on your work ethic, desire and willingness to succeed. There are sales executives making $50,000 and others who make $250,000. If a six figure income is your goal, you will need to actively prospect, set appointments, present and close new clients. This is a fun exciting growing industry, however it still takes a dedicated commitment to follow a sales process. You can prospect, present and build a client list in any city or state across the country. Your clients are protected forever! Projected first year income: $88,000 $126,000 (based on full time efforts, approximately 30hrs week) Income Projections: Media Brokers (Combined Sales, Referrals, Bonuses) Typically managers in the media industry earn between $160,000 $225,000, depending on the market and company. There are three ways our Media Brokers can generate an income. First is selling advertising solutions to Local, Regional and National businesses. Second is building a referral sales division (affiliates). Third is to make a royalty income on the products. Our compensation package is a GAME CHANGER in the media industry. Projected first year income: $134,000 $172,000 (based on full time efforts, approximately 30hrs week)
