Project was commissioned and funded by CapitaLand Limited, one of Asia's largest real estate companies. Grant amount was $95,000. Successfully produced two conference papers and a white paper. Tasked to render research assistance to Professor Liew Mun Leong (former CEO of CapitaLand). Prepared an extended article proposal based on Prof Liew s business precepts. Took lead role in preparing a white paper on deviant behavior among military recruits, including data analysis and write up. Project was in collaboration with the Defence Psychology Department, Ministry of Defence. As resident Executive Coach on the School s executive coaching team, provided coaching services at various executive education programs with local and regional participants. 2 My teaching experienced was mainly garnered in the period Feb 2011 to Mar 2012 when I made a living as an adjunct lecturer at various Private Education Institutions in Singapore: As an independent contractor, developed good relationships with various schools (SMF Institute of Higher Learning, Kaplan, UNLV Singapore) where I taught organizational behavior, human resource management, organizational learning, and organizational change consultancy at MBA and undergraduate levels.
