4 WORK EXPERIENCE (Abridged) Capital One Corporation, Richmond, VA June Education Consultant o Designed technical systems training for the Helix system implementation project. Designed web-based training for Capital One domestic and international employees. o Consulted internal departments (e.g. project management, customer service) for their training and education needs. Healthcare Corporation of America, Nashville, TN November Training Developer o Developed and delivered Lawson ERP and Lawson Manager Self-Service (MSS) end user training curriculum for system implementation for 8 corporate divisions and over 10,000 employees. o Project management responsibilities including, development of training/education strategy for Manager Self Service and Human Resources, identification of training audience, and track deliverables. Training Manager September o Managed a staff of three trainers. o Designed performance analysis tool to identify performance gaps in Customer Service and Collections operational departments. Partnered with service center HR staff to redesign candidate selection system and interviewing process (implemented behavioral based interviewing). o Designed on-boarding training program for newly hired employees.
