By registering your opportunities, or deals, on an online form this will automatically engage Tabernus teams to support you in closing the deal. Lead Generation Tabernus will provide support in marketing, going to market ideas and initiatives for lead generation. Demonstration Kits Demonstrating products and how the erasure works is important for people to understand how simple and easy it is to use. Tabernus provides various package options for demonstration equipment and licenses.
5 Territory Protection As a Premier Partner you will be guaranteed to be the only partner in the defined territory for the length of the contract. Tabernus will solely work with our Premier partner to bring Tabernus further into the territory. Including advertising as the provider of choice in that market. Public Certified Training Online self-paced training videos are provided for with technical trainers, Sales Engineers or need further technical knowledge on Tabernus products. Concluding the training certifications can be received via taking an online certification test that is available on our Partner Portal. Public Sales Training Online training videos and documentation is provided on our Partner Portal page that is an easy and self-paced training method. Online Certification tests are also provided on our Partner Portal and once passed you will receive an Authorized Tabernus Certified partner certificate. Customized Certified Training Custom live trainings are provided for with technical trainers, Sales Engineers or need further technical knowledge on Tabernus products. Concluding the training a test will be given online where once passed you will receive a Certification. Customized Sales Training Custom live training provided to our Sales team and anyone who will be presenting the Tabernus products. The focus will be on who is Tabernus, positioning, process and scenarios. Tabernus Support Portal have access to Tabernus Support Portal where they can reference quick FAQs and the ability to raise a ticket for any concerns, including general technical queries. Minimum Revenue Requirement In order to carry specific Partner Status and receive the benefits coinciding with the dictated Partner Level, Tabernus asks that the Partner commit to a minimum annual commitment required for that specific level. This can be done either up front or sales made throughout the year. More details can be discussed with the Channel Program Manager. In order to give deal priority, must register their deals via the online deal registration link. Partner Agreement A standard agreement is required in order for the Partner to provide Tabernus solutions in the specific territory. Details and terms of the agreement can be discussed more with the Channel Program Manager. At least one member trained on Tabernus Solutions To ensure the Partner can present Tabernus solutions, at least one member must join public trainings and pass the certification tests. Minimum % of Sales Staff Dedicated to Tabernus Trained and pass Tabernus require that 100% of Sales Staff dedicated to Tabernus products are trained and certified in Sales Training before they can position Tabernus to the public. Minimum % of Technical Staff Dedicated to Tabernus Trained and pass Tabernus require that at least 50% of Sales Staff dedicated to Tabernus products and at least 80% of Partner s own Support Team or Technical Sales Engineers dedicated to Tabernus products are trained and certified in Technical Training before they can support Tabernus products. Tabernus Support Team also have access to a live support team, including an escalation process for any technical concerns.
