3 Appeon Partner Types The Appeon Partnership Program includes Channel (e.g. VARs, SIs), OEM (Embedded), and Technology Partners. Our Channel Partners sell Appeon products worldwide, OEM Partners integrate our technologies into their own business applications that are sold together, and Technology Partners work with us to expand our products with best-of-breed solutions. applications that are powered by embedded Appeon technologies. OEM Partners benefit from flexible pricing and license terms that are tailored to meet the deployment needs of virtually any business model. By utilizing PowerBuilder and Appeon, our OEM partners have been able to respond to customer requests faster, and offer multiple deployment options (desktop, Web, SaaS, and mobile) that no other software vendor can offer. Channel Partners can range from resellers and distributors to system integrators and consulting companies. Channel Partners have domain expertise related to Appeon s technology and work with us on a regional, national, or global scale. OEM Partners develop, market, and sell software Partner Program Structure Appeon understands that the requirements of all partners are not the same and has designed a partner program comprised of tiers that provide Channel and OEM partners with rewards and business benefits based on their revenue, training and accreditation achievements. Technology partnership program is structured on a case by case basis. The Appeon partnership program tiers for Channels and OEM partners are: Silver Partner tier has minimal requirements and provides Appeon partners with key online resources, tools, training, and support to be successful in their region. Technology Partners provide complementary technology to enable or further expand the Appeon product offering. Our Technology Partners include infrastructure vendors such as Sybase, operating system vendors, such as Microsoft, and companion product vendors such as Novalys. Technology Partners benefit from sales and marketing opportunities to extend the reach and penetration of our joint offerings. Gold Partner tier is for partners who are prepared to make greater investment to ensure greater success. Our Gold partner tier provides partners with high priority account management, direct product engineering access, aggressive discounting, access to our lead referral program, deal registration, and more.
