5 PARTNER PROGRAM TYPES Our different Partner Programs have one thing in common: they enable you to create more business with your clients. Working in synergy, your service and Emarsys service will generate additional value for your company, and drive your customers success. Our three partner programs, Technology Partner, Solution Partner and Agency Partner, are multitier programs designed to meet our Partner involvement in building integrated solutions and delivering world class services to customers. TECHNOLOGY PARTNER PROGRAM Emarsys aims to provide customers with access to the most innovative and reliable products and solutions available on the market. If your product complements the Emarsys B2C Marketing Cloud, then come and join our ecosystem. Build your integration with the B2C Marketing Cloud using the Emarsys API, certify your App and start selling your product to over 1500 clients on the Emarsys Market Place. Emarsys will provide you with all the tools needed to build your integration, and market your application on the Emarsys Market Place using our Promotion Kit, helping you increase your customer reach. SOLUTION PARTNER PROGRAM Embed our world class solution directly into your own applications for greater market potential by becoming an Emarsys Solution Partner. You will increase your deal size with a larger portfolio of product offerings, and minimize both implementation and time to market. You will also expand your clients relationships by providing deeper knowledge of their consumers and increased return on investment in their marketing campaigns. AGENCY PARTNER PROGRAM Agencies obtain unique value by combining their consulting, integration and implementation expertise with the Emarsys B2C Marketing Cloud. This program has been further divided in two groups, Referral Program and Reseller Program. PARTNER PROGRAM TYPES 5

7 AGENCY PARTNER PROGRAM REFERRAL PROGRAM RESELLER PROGRAM Your clients deserve the best solution and expertise available in the market. Expand your solution or service offering and increase your revenue, client satisfaction and retention. You provide best-in-class solutions to your clients and expect the same from referral companies; afterall, you want to strengthen your relationship and trust with your clients when you refer them to another company. By referring your clients to Emarsys, you do exactly that. You can focus on your own solution and expertise, while enriching your client relationships by entrusting Emarsys to provide their industry leading cloud marketing platform. It s a true win-win situation. The Emarsys Reseller Partner Program is designed to give you the knowledge, expertise and support you need to win new business and drive revenue and profits. Our selected Reseller Partners already provide best-in-class solutions and service to their clients. The Emarsys Reseller Partner Program will help you build on this when you sell to and service your clients, with a complementary solution that will increase revenue and profit for your clients. 9 REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM You are a marketing agency or a technology integrator and your clients are in the ecommerce sector. Emarsys technology and services can contribute to your success. We have designed the Referral Partner Program à la carte so as to reflect your level of commitment and your objectives, each level bringing increasingly generous benefits and rewards. Gold Partner is our highest qualification level. You are an ambassador for Emarsys. Your service and Emarsys solution are creating enormous additional business opportunities with your clients. You receive special treatment with access to Market Development Funding, product launch premiers, comarketing activities and great referral fees. As a Silver Partner you have completed our training program and your certification gives you access to webinars, marketing and sales material that you can use with your clients. Your level of commitment is rewarded by joint marketing activities to grow your own business while receiving higher referral fees. You recognise that the combination of your service and Emarsys service will add value for your clients. You are in an assessment phase but you are not quite ready to commit yet. This level gives you access to the tools and training you need to get familiar with Emarsys technology. Note that you can only keep the qualified status for 12 months before either dropping from the referral program or moving up in qualification level. REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM 9

Referral fees Referral fees available for achieving committed leads. Partner Directory Partner lookup, prioritized by region and certification level (higher qualified partner listed first, along with their level of authorization, to reward commitment). Marketplace Appear in Emarsys Marketplace with your company description, screen shots, case studies. Joint Promotions Participate in joint regional promotions including promotional s, ads, events, etc. Market Development Funding If you have a specific campaign or event in mind you may apply for MDF and get additional funds to help pay for it. Exhibitions Take floor to promote your services at exhibitions in which Emarsys participate. Effective Communications Monthly newsletter and s Valuable information requested by our partners. 11 EMARSYS RESELLER PARTNER PROGRAM BENEFITS Qualify as a Referral Partner Register at registration Must register on Emarsys s Partner website and complete the application. Qualify as a Referral Partner Must qualify as a Referral with a) selling a complimentary product or services b) focusing on ecommerce or eretail sector c) have an outbound sales team d) run marketing activities with your clients such as Newsletter or clients events Mandatory training Participate in industry and solution/product training. Develop business plan of action Submit a yearly business plan of action with assistance from the Emarsys Partner Manager and a quarterly review of progress. You are a full service agency and the majority of your clients are in the ecommerce sector. Emarsys technology can help you grow revenue with your clients and provide them with better customer insight, increased retention rates and ROI. We have designed the Reseller Partner Program à la carte so as to reflect your level of commitment and your objectives, each level bringing increasingly generous benefits and rewards. Annual Partner Conference Attend the live event, or view the presentations online with recorded video feeds and downloadable presentations. Certification Register for our future certification program to become expert at all aspects of emarsys solution. This additional qualification grants a higher authorization level, providing additional margins to reward you for your expertise and commitment. Product Launch Premier 14 Don t be the last one to try out the new products. Order an evaluation to test and get up to speed with new products before they hit the street. Notification of availability and a request form is available within the online Partner portal. RESELLER PARTNER PROGRAM
