1 White SEO - How we work White SEO partners with you as our Reseller on a Revenue Share basis to provide comprehensive white label technical SEO, SEM & Social Advertising products. We deliver this service for your clients websites on an ongoing monthly basis, allocating hours to each campaign project as defined by the package purchased (e.g. 10hrs per month). We do as much work as possible within the confines of each service agreement (or campaign). White SEO delivers the technical work required by the End User, and there are also requirements on you as the Reseller to manage and service your clients. Setting Expectations It s really important to effectively set expectations in both sales and project delivery phases White SEO remains behind the scenes as a white label provider to you as the Reseller. We provide the service and tools required to deliver our products as your own, and we remain undisclosed as a provider to the End User or Client Preparing for Partnership White SEO provides a full process of Reseller Onboarding to ensure that you are ready to take on and manage clients. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the content of this onboarding so that our partnership (and your clients) are set for success White SEO also provides a valuable though not exhaustive package of materials that you may use to effectively sell, onboard and manage your clients Service Standards Projects are delivered over the long term, with a customised project plan that prioritises the most important elements for a specific client each month Packages are delivered on the basis of delivering as many priority project tasks on the client s website each month, that are achievable within the timeframes of the package that is purchased
2 Getting Started Payments are upfront, 7 days prior to campaign launch and monthly on the same schedule thereafter Once we start working on the client s website, it takes time to deliver to each of the goals set out in the campaign and project plan. These will not be delivered immediately or necessarily within the course of the first month - each with a different set of requirements in time and allocation of resources Setting Campaigns Up For Success The first steps in our engagement usually involve briefing, setup and configuration, and goal setting. This process is a collaboration with the End User and needs their and your involvement to run smoothly Project Timelines Once we have started working on a campaign, it usually takes 1-2 weeks of setup and monitoring before we are ready to activate the strategies that have been identified through the briefing and planning process. This includes media campaigns, which will be launched once all necessary elements have been prepared and tested. All campaigns, including media campaigns, take time to start delivering the intended results - as they will consistently improve based on a cohesive strategy combined with technical management and optimisation. All campaigns and particularly new one s How We Spend Our Time Project plans are available here to show a roadmap of likely tasks and timing Project work/tasks may recur monthly, and others require a consistent and long term approach to achieve the desired results Many tasks need to be consistently revisited in order to keep the client s website optimised and up to date with industry and market changes

4 Taking A Long Term View Websites should also be organically and regularly updated by the client to stay relevant and capture their audience. They engage our services for the long term to ensure their business continues to perform and to grow online Ongoing Support & Reporting We provide our Resellers with access to a Project Management platform in order to monitor the work that is conducted and planned by our team, as well as interact with the team to assist in the completion of necessary items You will be provided with access to campaign reporting, and our support desk Reseller Commitments There are a number of areas that your involvement will be necessary to the success of our partnership and delivery of a high level of service to your clients. These are broadly covered as follows: Onboarding, Product & Systems Training - ensuring that you learn all the key elements of how we will work together, and the services that we will be delivering Sales management - taking responsibility for business development, pre-sales and sales collateral preparation, pipeline management, closing sales, managing billing and administration Relationship management - maintaining excellent relationships with your clients to foster and grow your portfolio, including regular and timely communication and reporting Project management - keeping track of the clients and campaigns under your management, and staying on the front foot to ensure that they deliver to client goals and expectations As the Reseller, you will be selling the White SEO service as your own, not disclosing it as an outsourced or white label solution We ask that you avoid all mention of White SEO when communicating with the End User. This may include removing associated content in s and conversations, and removing White SEO contact details and addresses in all correspondence to the End User
