OVERVIEW Concept have been developing software systems for the golf and leisure industry since 1992, during which time have become the number one supplier in Europe of these products, with over 750 software installations across USA, Europe, Africa, The Middle East and Asia. Concept is the officially endorsed software company of the PGA of Europe, and distributed by Micros Fidelio, the worlds leading hospitality software company. Concept s clients include many of the world's major hotel groups such as Starwood, Le Meridien, Marriott, Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental and IHG. Many of the world s most prestigious golf courses use Concept products, including 3 Ryder cup courses, The K Club, Celtic Manor and Valderrama. Other famous clients include Mount Juliet, (Ireland), Sotogrande, (Spain), Aphrodite Hills (Cyprus), Stoke Park (England), Doha Golf and Country Club (Qatar - Middle East) and Vilamoura Golf (Portugal). In total, more than 200 golf and Spa resorts use Concept products, and in Portugal, 95% of the golf courses use the Golf Management System. GOLF RESERVATIONS - TEE SHEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Concept Golf Management System provides a total integrated solution for all golf courses or resorts. The product has been designed with flexibility in mind and hence can be configured dependent on a golf course s requirements; ranging from 72 hole pay & play resorts to 18 hole members courses. With more than 150 reports, this product is essential to the management of any golf course. Page 3 of 10
MEMBERSHIP & CLIENT MANAGEMENT This module has been designed to act as either a stand-alone Membership Billing & Management System or to operate with complete integration to the Concept Golf, Spa & Leisure, POS and Competition & Handicap Systems, as well as Micros 3700, 8700 and 9700 for combined member account statements. Complete with detailed profiles, client/member history and accounting management for member billing. Page 4 of 10
RETAIL SHOP WITH BACKOFFICE STOCK CONTROL The Concept POS software is able to act as a standalone product in its own right and also to be able to integrate to the Concept Golf Reservations Software, Clients and Membership Module and the Spa & Leisure system for the process of payments. The product, with detailed Stock Control & Inventory Management, is Touch Screen & Bar-Code compliant, making for quick and easy operation. This product is also able to post charges to Fidelio versions 6, 7 and Opera, for room charges and/or revenue postings. Page 5 of 10
COMPETITION & HANDICAP SYSTEM Concept s new and innovative competition and handicap management system has been designed to operate in all golfing markets, adapting to the different Rules, Regulations, Formulae and Calculations. The system is fully compliant to all CONGU, LGU, EGA, SAGA, and USGA regulations. Page 6 of 10
SPA & LEISURE The Concept Spa & Leisure system has been designed to manage all the facilities and activities at hotels, health spas & leisure venues. Appointments can be booked quickly and efficiently as the system automatically finds available times and controls multiple services or qualified staff members where required. The program is integrated with the Concept POS and Backoffice system, hence providing high-level stock control and management reporting. The product tracks all client information including service and retail history, staff notes and medical details. The systems flexibility enables a resort to provide every guest with an itinerary on their arrival defining the facilities that have been reserved for them, including golf. Page 7 of 10

FURTHER INTERFACES MICROS, FIDELIO & OPERA Acting as a distributor of the Concept products, many of the Micros Fidelio suite of products are interfaced to Concept. Integration is being developed between Opera and Concept. Profile sharing is currently available and an activities booking wizard will be available shortly that is integrated to Concept s Golf and Spa Product.
