Experience August 2004 Present Mystery Valley Golf Club General Manager / Director of Golf / Director of Instruction Mystery Valley Golf Club is a municipal golf course owned my Dekalb County in Metro Atlanta Georgia and is managed by CGL of Savannah. The club opened in 1965 and has been a main stay of Atlanta golf over the years. The club annually plays 45,000+ rounds and hosts many tournaments and outings. In my first two full years at Mystery Valley I was able to increase rounds by over 2,000 per year and also the dollars per round in each revenue category without rate increases. I improved Food & Beverage financial performance from a $37,000 loss in 2004 to breakeven in The quality of customer service has been improved in all areas of the operation while staying within tight expense budgets. - Hire, train and manage golf and food & beverage staff of Manage merchandising for golf shop. - Oversee instructional program, clinics and private instructions. - Oversee tournament programs in conjunction with the Men s & Ladies Golf Association. - Recruit and book outings, host approximately 45 per year. - Prepare and manage expense and revenue budgets for the club. - Market and promote the club. March 2004 August 2004 Wilmington Island Club Director of Instruction Wilmington Island Club is a private club outside Savannah Georgia. The club has 450 golf members and has a 1927 Donald Ross golf course.

Metro Atlanta Georgia and is managed by CGL of Savannah. The club opened in 1965 and has been a main stay of Atlanta golf over the years.

2 My duties were to develop, market and carry out golf instruction programs at the club for the membership and local community. I also provided club fitting services to support the golf shop in selling golf equipment. January 2002 February 2004 Island West Golf Club General Manager / Director of Golf / Director of Instruction Island West Golf Club is an 18 hole golf course located in Bluffton, South Carolina. The course plays 30,000 rounds a year. The club is privately owned and is managed by HMS Golf Management. While at Island West I was able to grow rounds by 5,000 per year in two years and improved the dollars per round by nearly $5 in those two years and had the first operating profit ever for that club for a year. My responsibilities at the club were, but not limited to: - Hire, train and oversee staff of 40+ employees. - Prepare and manage expense and revenue budgets. - Function as F&B manager. - Develop membership program for Fall Market and promote the club. - Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties. - Opened and ran the Island West Golf Academy December 2001 December 2002 Gold Creek Golf Resort General Manager / Director of Golf Gold Creek Golf Resort is a 27 hole, 74 room full service golf resort located in the North Georgia Mountains, Dawsonville, Georgia. The resort is privately owned and is managed by HMS Golf Management. HMS was hired by a holding company to manage the resort and drastically improve the bottom line for the resort to be sold. The course plays 33,000 rounds a year. While at Gold Creek I was able to reduce the payroll annual expenses by nearly a million and improved the bottom line by nearly 1.5 million and had the clubs first ever annual operating profit. My responsibilities at the resort were, but not limited to: - Hire, train and manage staff of 120+ employees in all areas of the resort. - Prepare and manage expense and revenue budgets. - Recruit and book outside events and tournaments and market memberships - Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and manage cash flow.

3 November 1995 November 2001 Towne Lake Hills Golf Club Club Manager / Head Golf / Lead Golf Instructor Towne Lake Hills Golf Club is located in Woodstock, Georgia and is a semi-private club with 285 members and plays 45,000+ rounds a year. This club is privately owned and is managed by HMS Golf Management. While at Towne Lake Hills we grew rounds from 36,000 in 1994 to 47,000 in In 1997 the club had a million dollar operating profit on just under 3 million in revenues. My responsibilities were, but not limited to: - Hire, train and manage golf, food & beverage and course maintenance staff of Manage merchandising for golf shop. In 1997, under my management, the shop had $255,000 in sales with a cost of goods sold of 74% and an average inventory of $75, Oversee instructional program, clinics and private instructions. Under my management, an indoor teaching facility was built with two teaching stations to allow for the use of video equipment in any weather. - Oversee member tournament programs in conjunction with the Men s & Ladies Golf Association. - Recruit and book outings, host approximately 45 per year. - Prepare and manage expense and revenue budgets for the club. - Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties. - Play with members at the club and in Pro-Am tournaments. September 1988 October 1995 Settindown Creek Golf Club Assistant Golf Settindown Creek Golf Club is located in Roswell, Georgia and is a private golf club with approximately 350 members. Settindown Creek hosted the 1995 & 1996 Nike Tour Championships as well as several U.S.G.A. Qualifiers. February 1988 September 1988 Valdosta Country Club Assistant Golf Valdosta Country Club is located in Valdosta, Georgia and is a private 27 hole golf course with approximately 500 members. The club annually hosts the Jack Oliver Invitational and the Valdosta Open.

In 1997 the club had a million dollar operating profit on just under 3 million in revenues.
