PROPERTY SCALABILITY CORE by Premier is fully scalable with the ability to add additional services, staff and rooms at property level. It includes the ability to add additional properties at head office. Additional licences can be purchased at any time, as access to the software increases. PROVISION FOR DATA BACKUP CORE by Premier is based on an SQL database, typically a scheduled task would be created to enable the backing up of the system. Depending on how your IT department wishes to deploy the system, there are various backup options available. SECURITY PROTOCOLS CORE by Premier is a centralised solution; system security is defined via user level profiles, e.g. administrator, general manager, HR, duty manager, reception. The relevant profile is assigned to a user; different levels can be allocated to a user if they need access to multiple locations. e.g. a Regional Manager, has manager access only at hotels within an area. In addition, each user can be assigned their own password which is associated to the relevant security profile. CORE by Premier complies with PCI, with sensitive data encrypted to ensure all personal details are stored securely.
