4 Ship s Property Management System (SPMS) Ship s Property Management System (SPMS) is a central database containing all guest and crew information from which broad functionality and an extensive range of integrated or stand-alone software Modules are available. Ship Property Management System (SPMS) provides cruise operators with scope to handle individual guests, groups traveling together, ship s crew, staff and temporary visitors. Starting at Check-in, simplifies all Passengers and Crew Handling procedures by managing all relevant personnel information, including photographs, on the central database. Frequent cruiser numbers, emergency or temporary contact details, cabin numbers, complaints and comments are all stored centrally. 4 SPMS1

Constantly refined and updated, with integrated and stand-alone modules developed for new applications, SPMS offers reliable guest and crew database with exceptional functionality. Onboard Card Produced for each guest, visitor and crew member, the Onboard Card includes a unique and encoded guest identity number, with photographs stored centrally in compliance with security requirements. 8 2 Mobile Solutions Fidelio Cruise s mobile solutions have been designed to accommodate all areas of guest-related activities on board, making information available on mobile devices throughout the ship. The add-ons to the company s core SPMS system include: FC iguest Guest facing Smartphone application FC Smart Guest greatly simplifies shipboard communications and makes relevant information available to cruise guests at any time. 10 3 Dining Management System (DMS) The FC Dining Management System consists of FC Fine Dining, FC Meal Count System, FC Dining Management System SilverWhere. Used together or as individual modules, DMS provides an integrated solution with FC SPMS enabling detailed consumer analysis and the refinement of restaurant menus, volumes and procedures. Data can transferred to the shoreside FMS system for consolidation into the guest s profile. FC Fine Dining By providing restaurant and galley communications (also available on tablet devices), real-time tracking of meal orders, prepared stocks and extra requirements, staff can better meet the needs of guests. In addition, cruise line users can define specific alerts to identify potential shortages or bottlenecks. Meal Count System (MCS) Fidelio Cruise s Meal Count System provides a real-time overview of a cruise ship s catering operations, with a display in the galley showing the current inventory of prepared meals, the quantity ordered, the number of meals already prepared or awaiting preparation, and details of any special orders. 10 DMS / SilverWhere

11 SilverWhere SilverWhere provides an easy, straightforward approach to managing guest dining table assignments and restaurant reservations. Quickly schedules guests into dining room, seating and table based on demographics and preferences. SilverWhere can be configured to manage fixed mealtimes, open seating and alternative dining venues. 12 4 MICROS POS MICROS points of sale offer real-time shipboard point-of-sale system, fully integrated with Fidelio Cruise s onboard card, allowing a cash-free environment for cruise guests and a constant track of all financial transactions on board. Fidelio Cruise s Ship Property Management System (SPMS) facilitates complete MICROS bill image view including the signature which is captured using special devices. MICROS 9700, based on Oracle, is well-suited to larger vessels and can operate using one or two servers depending on ship size. Fully integrated with the Company s systems, menu details and bill images are available in SPMS and 9700 can be interfaced with the MMS or other inventory management software. 12 POS

13 Simphony Simphony allows the client to be fully resilient and capable of performing mission critical operations in the event of an upstream failure. It allows for the integration of business functions such as property management systems, paperless kitchen display systems, credit card interfaces, and reporting at the individual property or revenue center to ensure continuous system operation. Fleet-wide and real-time data transfer provides full information on a constant basis, including full tracking of point-of-sale information and the resulting drawdown in consumables stock on board. 16 6 Fleet Management System (FMS) Cutting edge systems for complete fleet-wide activity monitoring Fidelio Cruise Fleet Management System (FMS) provides shore-based managers with comprehensive, detailed and timely information on fleet performance. All onboard transactions are logged realtime, and on a frequency determined by the user, the data is automatically transferred to a cruise line s land-based offices for analysis. 17 ResOnline System The company s ResOnline software facilitates the automatic transfer of reservations data from shore-side systems to on-board users. This can be scheduled up to a short time before sailing. Not only does this ensure the accuracy of data on board ships, providing shipboard staff with exactly the same information as is available shoreside, but it also allows guests to be booked until a short time prior to sailing, thereby offering potential to generate additional revenue. ResOnline enables a cruise operator s reservations department to continue to accept bookings for a cruise open until just prior to sailing and automatically accommodates last-minute bookings as well as changes to existing reservations such as stateroom upgrades, special requests and other guest-related adjustments. 19 FC Itinerary Tracker Fully automated transfer of itinerary data to Fidelio Cruise SPMS. Itinerary data can be maintained shoreside, eliminating the need for shipboard users to configure the cruise details manually in Fidelio Cruise SPMS. 20 Emergency Response System (ERS) The Emergency Response System (ERS) ensures that up-to-date information is available for guests, crew and all other parties engaged in responding to an emergency on board a cruise ship. The software enables the transfer of relevant data from ship to shore at intervals defined by each operator. The data is subsequently made available shoreside to all those involved in a response exercise and can be accessed from personal computers, smart phone devices or tablet PCs. 20 FMS

21 FC Event Fidelio Cruise s FC Event system has been specifically designed to support the administration of shipboard events and their shoreside management in real time. FC Event supports the effective management of function space and banqueting events for cruise lines, using an innovative approach and the most up-to-date technology. Fidelio Cruises FC Event program comprises two modules: FC Event shipside The application is used by shipboard personnel to manage on-board events such as shows, meetings, conferences, weddings and special group events. Among the most popular functionalities are group management, function book and calendar. FC Event shore-side The shore-side FC Event module has been developed to meet today s business requirements, and can easily accommodate a large number of remote users. FMS 21

22 7 Crew Management System (CMS) Comprehensive software to support the overall shoreside and shipboard human resource operation Crew Management System (CMS) addresses every aspect of crew management on board and shoreside. Its Human Resource function tracks recruitment, terminations and re-employment, promotions and demotions, appraisals and disciplinaries, personal data and occupational position, and movement history. The Crew Scheduling feature helps to ensure that the most suitably qualified crew members are automatically selected for particular assignments whilst potential candidates for occupational officer positions can also be proposed. Leave entitlements are automatically calculated. Crew Payroll management is designed to handle all components of earnings, including wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives and allowances, as well as storing deductions. Multiple payroll cycles and frequencies are supported. Temporary or permanent pay changes are tracked. Standardized pay scales and ranges are incorporated and seniority scale points are maintained. 22 CMS
