Reservations that are placed in any Visual One module are booked through the same guest profile by the same reservationist, enabling one-stop shopping to services such as spa, golf and dining, creating upsell opportunities. The ability to store histories and photos facilitates better guest recognition and the built-in concierge provides quick and easy access to accurate information. With Visual One PMS, you also have the ability to track complaints and resolutions or lost and found items. Familiar Interface for Ease of Use The user-friendly screens in Visual One PMS are laid out in a logical format with quick feature icons and drill-down capabilities. Folio management and room blocking are a snap with its drag and drop capabilities. Recent enhancements to Visual One PMS include: Visual One Application Installer: The Visual One PMS installation process has been drastically changed in version 8.5. The product now utilizes a standard MSI format for installing the application s files. This enhances the ability to validate installation, uninstall the product, update the product and deploy Visual One PMS to clients using a standard package deployment technology. Credit Card Tokenization with Fuesbox and Brif3.Net Conversion: Visual One PMS has been converted from its existing VB6 codebase to VB.Net. Package Entitlements: The Package Entitlements screen identifies the default value of each manual post component included in the guest s package as well as the remaining value of each component.
