2 CSS Golf Management System provides a total integrated solution for all golf courses or resorts. The product has been designed with flexibility in mind and hence can be configured dependent on a golf course s requirements; ranging from 72 hole pay & play resorts to 18 hole members courses. With more than 150 reports, this product is essential to the management of any golf course. The Tee-Sheet Unlimited Number of Golf Courses on one system User Rights controlled by Concept User Access Module defines access to majority of buttons and screens also view only rights. Golf course scheduling and time blocking Allocate a Special setup, whereby the tee-sheet is broken down into 3 period (Morning, lunch and afternoon) and special rules can be allocated to those times. For example, 4 balls only off tee 1 in the morning, 2 balls of tee 10, then 2 balls of tee 1 at lunch, etc Tee-Time Blocking Maintenance, Tournaments etc Slot Control & tee-time restrictions by Player-type i.e. members only times, hotel times, etc Restrict the number of days in advance a tee-time can be booked for example, same day reservations only or, weekend times can only be booked 7 days in advance. 6 Internet Reservations The Golfbookings.com Online Reservation booking engine o Real-time tee-time reservations. o End-user reservations with online credit card clearing o Member reservations from the Member Zone (below) o Golf agent & Tour Operator reservations via o The engine can be embedded within the property s website. o Restrict the number of times that are available to see online (i.e. search for 8am, displays the 3 closest times to 8am) o Restrict the number of days that can be booked in one reservation (i.e. an itinerary of 12 days of golf) o Restrict the maximum number of players in a reservation (i.e. 20 players max) NOTE: Additional Configuration Available on Tee Sheet (see above spec) The Member Zone is designed to provide an improved service to a property s membership. The members login to the webpage using their unique pin number to have the following functionality: o Online reservations for members in (or out of configurable) members times 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. o Enter Golf Tournaments and see starting lists, results, leaderboards and information. o Handicap members can consult their up-to-date handicap and the detailed revisions made to these hándicaps o Accounts members can view the status of all sales made to them and the balance of their account. Online payments of members accounts can also be included Online Golf Shop this shopping Cart facility, enables credit card transactions with automatic notification for orders so as to despatch the goods. The system interfaces to the Concept stock control system and verifies whether there are sufficient goods in stock and automatically deducts the quantity when the product is ordered.
