3 TRANSPORT Free transportation will be provided only from an to Cristoforo Colombo Genova Airport(40 km to Golf Club), by shuttle service. Transport must be booked filling in the attached form you can send to Golf Rapallo Secretariat (e mail: INFORMATIONS Trolleys available at Golf Club: Nr. 60 hand trolleys + 15 electric trolleys Buggies: Only players with EDGA medical pass concerning the buggy indication will be allowed to use buggy. Practice: Monday 9 of May is the official practice day; Tee Times may be booked by calling the Club s Secretariat. Driving range: During Tournament days the driving range opens one hour before the first tee time and closes at 6.30 p.m.; on other days it opens from 8.00 a.m to 6.30 p.m. Free balls are available at the Caddie Master. Caddy Master: During Tournament days the Caddy Master opens one hour before the first tee time and closes at 8.00 p.m.; on other days it opens from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m. Medical service: A first aid service with doctor and ambulance is available during Tournament days. 4 CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION 1. RULES AND CONDITIONS The Championship will be played in accordance with: the Rules of Golf, as approved by the R&A Rules Limited (2016 edition), the Rules of Golf for Golfers with Disabilities the 2016 Italian Golf Federation Hard Card, the Conditions and Local Rules approved by the Championship Committee and the conditions herein 2. FORM OF PLAY 36 holes stroke play for categories 1, 2 and 3 36 holes stroke play stableford for category 4 Men will play from yellow tees, women from red tees. 10 th May: 1 st round (18 holes) 11 th May: 2 nd round (18 holes) Category 1: players with an EGA Handicap of 4.4 or lower Category 2: players with an EGA Handicap between 4.5 and 11.4 Category 3: players with an EGA Handicap between 11.5 and 18.4 Category 4: players with an EGA Handicap between 18.5 and 26.4 Categories can be unified by the Committee in case of a low number of players Only players with an Italian citizen will be included in the Italian Championship. 3. ELIGIBILITY The starting field will include Italian and foreign players: - with a valid EDGA Pass - with an EGA Handicap (CONGU, USGA or other equivalent) not exceeding 26.4 National Associations must certify their players EGA Handicaps within 14 days prior the closing date for entries.

5 4. ENTRIES Closing date for entries is 25 th April at 23:59. Entry form must be sent to the Italian Golf Federation by or fax: ENTRY FEE The entry fee will be indicated in the information letter sent by the Italian Golf Federation to all other National Associations. 6. WITHDRAWALS Withdrawals, both before and after the closing date of entries, must be sent by mail to the Italian Golf Federation at the latest by a.m. of the day before the beginning of the competition. After that time any withdrawal shall be communicated to the Championship Committee at the hosting Golf Club. The entry fee will be refunded only in case of withdrawal by a.m. of the day before the beginning of the competition. 7. GOLF CART The use of a Golf Cart will be permitted to players that have it indicated on the EDGA Pass. 8. TIES & PLAY-OFF In the event of a tie for 1 st place (gross), the winner shall be decided by a hole by hole play-off over one or more holes selected by the Committee. In the event of ties for any other place the Rules for ties adopted by the Italian Golf Federation will apply. 9. PRIZES Open: in accordance with the EDGA format Italian Championship: 1 st Gross, 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Net. Challenge will be awarded to the winners of both tournaments
