3 1. about us The Georgeson Group team comprises some of the leading interior designers, international architects, specialist consultants and professional relationship managers from around the world. Individually we are talented, experienced, passionate and driven. Collectively we deliver success for our clients on each and every project. Our collaboration of over forty designers and consultants continues to grow rapidly, with team leaders in the US, UK and UAE building an extensive network that allows us to serve an increasing number of clients internationally. Alan Georgeson Alan has spent his entire academic and business life stimulated by the world of commercial business. Alan first built an industry-leading office interiors business over 20 years before applying his highlevel knowledge to a more diverse range of sectors. These sectors (leisure, wellbeing and commercial offices) are embraced by Georgeson Groups expert integration of business and design solutions. In addition to a traditional focus on major projects and property developments, this respected entrepreneur is passionate about introducing practices to advance learning within the wellbeing industry. He also offers exciting opportunities for people to enter and learn within this sector and understand the evidence-based design process. As an architectural graduate of both Robert Gordon s University in Aberdeen and Dundee Art School he has a particular interest in designing stimulating interiors. Passionate about the importance of design, he believes that architects and interior designers can make a significant difference to our lives by creating places of distinction. 4 1. about us Guy Tulloh Over the past 15 years Guy Tulloh has been involved in the area of hospitality, spa, and the wellness design globally. Guy completed his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning and Design in Australia and then became a registered architect soon after. During this time he also established DRP Architects Pty Ltd,which he was the director of for over 10 years. With Guy s team of architects and interior designers, he became quickly known throughout not only Australia but also Asia for his work. During more recent years Guy has been living and working in Dubai with a large multi national firm, and in 2010 joined Georgeson Group UK to continue to develop his international hospitality and wellness experience, but also to drive Georgeson s re-focus on the UK and European market International Architect. He has been involved in designing and creating a range of hotel projects, from 5 star resorts to urban leisure, holiday parks, city hotels and a significant no of spa and leisure resort buildings in the ME. An imaginative and experienced designer with a strong belief in creating memorable and informed interiors, Stuart combines innovative design with strong computer literacy and an excellent graphic ability. Stuart has developed a team with a strong eye for contemporary stylistic design infused with an in-depth understanding of period and regional design styles. Recondition and respect for cultural sensitivities and expectations when working both at home and internationally, ensures that there concepts and proposals are always popular with clients. 4

6 3. PROJECTS AT A GLANCE Starwood Element Hotel, Abu Dhabi Appointed as interior designers for the Hotel and Restaurants. Middle East Hotel Group, Bahrain Commissioned as specialist interior designers as sub-consultants to DSA (International Hotel Design Architects) to design a hotel and resort. The development is currently at detailed design stages. Landmark Tower, Abu Dhabi Appointed as Lead Consultants for specialist facilities as part of an International team, project currently at conceptual design stages. Middle East Hotel & Spa, Kuwait Appointed as specialist interior designers alongside SOM Architects to create a luxury hotel of 3500m 2. Project is currently under construction. Plaza Atheneé, Paris Responsible for creating an interior design concept within the confines of the hotel basement. The unique architectural interior created a chic space to enhance the existing cache of this historic establishment. Pestana Hotels & Resorts, Madeira Extensive feasibility study for a luxury Portuguese Hotel Group to enhance the positioning of the property in Madeira. De Vere Deluxe, Scotland Commissioned to lead the development process for De Vere s flagship resort on the banks of Loch Lomond. Responsible for developing the concept and interior design through to operational set up and opening, estimated project value 10m. Opened 2007 Wellness Spa Resort, International Hotel Group, Dubai Unique wellness, medical diagnostic and medical aesthetic, spa resort with associated fitness facilities Hotel and Resort Spa, International Hotel Group, Abu Dhabi 2500m 2 beach Front Resort with fitness facilities, external hydro, thermal experiences and yoga pavillion. Starwood Resort, Ireland Appointed to complete a feasibility study and conceptual design for a medical resort. The project is currently at tender stage. International Hotel Chain US Appointed to create and develop a global brand across 50 properties. Roll out of brand The Brighton Grand, England Commissioned as interior designers and specialist consultants to create a 5 star hotel within a historic listed building for the UK s leading deluxe hotel chain. Project is currently under construction, estimated value $10m. Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited Appointed as specialist concept designers for Project Genesis the world s largest Cruise Liner. 6
