AoC Sport encourages and supports every student to participate in sport and physical activity as an integrated part of their college experience. Offering a range of specialist advice, training and events, AoC Sport champions a wholeorganisation, cross-curricular approach to physical activity, which results in dynamic college communities, healthy students and a boost to the economy. AoC Sport was formed following the merger of British Colleges Sport (BCS), the nglish Colleges Football Association (CFA) and the Association of Colleges (AoC) sport policy team in August 2014. The CFA brand was retained and now represents AoC Sport s football delivery arm as part of the long-term successful partnership with The Football Association. Manage AoC Sport s delivery of the CFA strategic plan and act as lead officer for delivery of priorities relating to 16-19 s olds in the FA National Game, tracking, managing and reporting performance through the annual national plan and quarterly scoreboard submissions. 2. Manage the CFA national competitions pathway to grow and retain participation, working closely with the AoC Sport league administration and regional operations teams, ensuring effective systems are in place to monitor and evaluate member experience. 3. Report quarterly at CFA committee meetings, working closely with the CFA Chairman and communicating with member colleges to ensure member buy-in to organisational strategic goals. 4. 5. Work with the M and eputy M of AoC Sport to integrate objectives relating to football development into work programmes across the organisation. Programme management 6. Project manage the Football evelopment Quality Framework to provide a structured delivery mechanism for the FA National Game Strategy through further education. 7. Manage TAM NINTN as a platform for growing participation, addressing 16-19 drop-out and driving the delivery of flexible format recreational leagues, working closely with the National Football evelopment Officer, County Football Associations and the CCFC network. 8. Manage the development of reach down work to help address drop-out in the 14-16 age group and support transition of players into further education and community activity, documenting and sharing good practice. 9. Project manage a national player and coach development offer to provide a pathway for supporting talented players, coaches and staff from member colleges. 10. Conduct research into annual effectiveness of core programmes, generating recommendations for development of the brands and products, and publishing an end of year report for The FA, the CFA committee and the membership. 11. Track the gender, ethnicity and number of participants with a disability across all programmes to ensure inclusivity and contribution towards diversity targets. 12. Support the implementation of The FA s Respect programme in further education, creating a positive environment for young players. Relationship management 13. Support and influence the development and implementation of football's Children and Young People (CYP) offer through attendance at quarterly CYP steering group, CYP team meetings and any other FA group meetings as required. 14. Support and influence The FA s reporting with Sport ngland, working closely with FA Children & Young People National Officer (16-19+). 15.
